Abstract:

Abstract: Spraying different variety and concentrations growth regulators by treating ‘Dongzao’ which is slightly Abortion with experiment material. The optimum condition about hormone regulating embryo development was studied at the stage of flowering. The results indicated that Spraying 6-BA(50 mg/L ~150 mg/L) can increased the seed rate of small fruit from 91.1 % to 100 %, and fruit set reached 18.3%（contrast 7.3%）; while spraying GA and IAA cause embryo abortion more or less,at the same time, fruit set raised up to 69.3%( contrast 17%),45.8% (contrast 14.6%).
