Abstract:

This study discussed the sampling strategy for ex-situ conservation of Oryza rufipogon Griff. with SSR markers. The results indicated that: If it is necessary to have the ratio of the sampling genetic diversity and the actually genetic diversity be more than 90% and 95%, the sampled numbers should be 25 or 30 individuals respectively.
