Abstract:

This paper studied on the facts of browning and anti-browning during the test-tube proliferation of Cymbidium Hybridum. Studied the effects of different basic mediums, sugar concentrations, agar concentrations, the sizes of test-tube plantlet and color on browning; the effects of different anti-oxidants and adsorbents on browning. The results showed that: the effects of differentbasic mediums, sugar concentrations, agar concentrations and the sizes of test-tube plantlet on browning were influential, but the effects were not significant; the effect of color on browning was significant; when added 1500mg / L activated carbon, browning could be under control, and also ensured the growth of test-tube plantlet to maintain a higher proliferation coefficient.
