Abstract:

Abstract: In order to select fungicides that can effectively control Citrus anthracnose, indoor toxicity of seven fungicides on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were measured using mycelium growth rate method, and the sensitivity of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides to different fungicides were compared. The results showed that the toxicity of 25% Prochloraz EC was strongest, with the EC50 of 0.0741 mg/L, and the inhibitory effect of 25% pyraclostrobin EC, 30% difenoconazolepro?piconazol EC, 10% difenoconazole WG, 25% azoxystrobin SC, 60% pyraclostrobin?metriam DF, 50% Carbendazim WP decreased successively. The sensitivity of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides to 25% Prochloraz EC and 30% difenoconazolepro?piconazol EC were higher than others. So that, the inhibition effect of 25% Prochloraz EC and 30% difenoconazolepro?piconazol EC were best and could be used as effective pesticides to control Citrus anthracnose.
