Abstract:

Abstract: To soil and water conservation, Caragana (Caragana korshinskill Kom.) can improve the local ecological environment has played an important role in this paper start from seed germination to explore the mechanism of Caragana forest seedling regeneration. The highest germination rate 70.25% reached at 25℃, among the conditions of constant temperature. Light on seed germination of Caragana is not very clear, Caragana seeds in the soil moisture content of 8% ~ 14% of qualifications, can germinate when the soil moisture content of 14% of the most appropriate Caragana seed germination. Cover soil thickness on the germination rate has a great impact on the soil surface germination rate of 10% in the germination rate of 1cm soil layer can be increased to 77.8%, which shows when the artificial sow seeds of Caragana Futuhoudu to 1cm ~ 3cm is appropriate, and not too thick overburden casing is not conducive to seed germination of Caragana.
