Abstract:
Two planting methods of 2 ramie varieties were designed to study the growth and heavy metal concentration of ramie in farmland with Pb, As pollution,in order to investigated the effect of different density on yield and heavy metal concentration. The results showed, different density had significant impact on yield.Yield of " xiang 3" and "zhong 1" which planted on the base of normal density was 10.49 kg/667m2 and 8.80 kg/667m2 respectively. In the case of high density, yield of " xiang 3" and "zhong 1" increased 2~3 times. Pb and As concentration of aboveground using normal density were higher than that of using high density. The highest translocation of Pb and As appeared in " xiang 3" using high density, were 4.97mg/m2 and 0.194mg/m2 respectively.Different density could affect the heavy metal concentration of ramie. In the case of high density, heavy metal concentration of plant decreased, however, translocation will be improved.
