Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】A method for determination of eight exogenous plant growth regulator in fruit was developed.【METHOD】After homogenization, sample was extracted with acetonitrile. The extracts were cleaned by certifyⅡsolid phase extraction(SPE) cartridge. Identification and determination were achieved by electrospray ionization in negative mode using multiple reaction monitoring of liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (chlormequat detection especially for positive mode). The plant growth regulator are quantified by external standard method.【RESULTS】The recoveries of all eight exogenous plant growth regulator in the range from 2 to 100 ?g/L are within 70.0~101.0%,the relative standard deviations (RSDs) for the eight exogenous plant growth regulator are less than 10%.【CONCLUSION】The method developed was novel and rapid for application in practice.
