Abstract:

Abstract: A study was conducted on degradation and residue of diniconazole after application in banana in Guangdong and Fujian Province. The pesticide was extracted using ethyl acetate from samlpels,most of lipids in co-extractives were removed by gel permeation chromatography .the pesticides were determined by capillary column gas chromatography with Nitrogen-phosphorus detector.The results showed that the breakdown of diniconazole follows first-kinetic order, and half-life 9.7-11.6,14.7-20.9 days in banana and 8.3-13.2，9.6-10.1 days in soil respectively. Their safety assessment was also made.
