Effects of low temperature stress on Physiological and biochemical characteristics of cassava seedling

Abstract:

Abstract: The changes of some Physiological Indexes of nanzhi 199 and SC124 under low temperature stress were studied in this experiment. The results were as follow: with the lowering of stress temperature and the prolonging of stress time, the relative conductivity and the content of proline of cassava seedling were increased in different degrees, the contents of MDA and soluble proteins were firstly increased and then decreased, the chlorophyll content was constantly decreased.
