Abstract: The activity of the trans-BSFE gene tobacco of cultural solution can be promoted by 0.05%~8%(w/v) often-used surface active agents such as Triton X-100, SDS, DMSO and Tween20 via strengthening the ability of secretion of root system or the stability of BSFE in cultural solution. The activity of BSFE in cultural solution with its unit volume of root changed parabolicly with the days when it was cultured. It may be intimated like the quadratric regression model. The function of promotion related with the concentration of the surface-active agent. The fixed concentration of triton X100, SDS, DMSO and Tween20 can be used as the effective chemical regulator of the trans-BSFE gene tobacco root systems statement and secretion.
