Abstract: In order to determine the affectoi of eliminating lead, five parameters, namely, glycyrrhizic acid, the extracting liquid of Chinese traditional medicine, soybean peptide, mineral element calcium and zinc, was explored in the stomach of simulation external-body, and the regressive equation was gained.A penta-factorial quadratic rotary combination experimental design and the consideration of cost price were employed to develop the Optimization of parameters of mixture juice . An optimum combination of dose with glycyrrhizic acid，the extracting liquid of Chinese traditional medicine，soybean peptide，mineral element calcium，mineral element zinc was1.46g，0.88mL, 1.19g，0.4g and 0.21g，respectively, the ratio of the chelated was to 92.21% after repetitious test.
