Abstract:

On the research of the Q235-steel’s corrosion mechanism buried for 2 months in red soil, with 10%, 20% and 30% of soil moisture, we found that in acid red soil, different moisture is the major factor of corrosion speed in the soil. In the experimental conditions, corrosion speed reaches maximum at the 30% humidity. Soil moisture also have got greatly impact on Q235-steel’s corrosion form, the increasing of moisture is propitious to transform local corrosion to uniform corrosion.
