Abstract: The potato late blight occurred in the all world areas of planting potato ,the occurring factor is different in the different areas.The damage degree depend on many factors.Combining with the results of experiment ,this article summarized the four-aspect effect to potato late blight ,they are climate conditions,planting varieties,field management,medicament prevention.The climate condition of them is the most effect condition to potato blight.
