Abstract: Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】≈From a statistical point of view of shoot dry weight and leaf reflectance spectral characteristics of the quantitative relationship; 【METHOD】≈The characteristic spectral wavebands for indicating the dry matter accumulation in above-ground part of soybean were determined by analyzing spectra reflectance of near infrared light and visible light, and the prediction model which about vegetation indices and the dry matter accumulation in above-ground part of soybean in different growth stages was established; 【RESULTS】≈The results showed that the corresponding logistic prediction model established by vegetation indices of RDVI（1005,510nm）was y = -295.83Ln(x) - 123.05；【CONCLUSION】≈The Model could be accurate to predict the dry matter accumulation in above-ground part of soybean .
