Abstract:

The study in selection and cultural methods for new species of Gordycepsmilitaris Using tissue culture one species of high yield and good quality was selected; its culture medium and cultural methods were studied. The results indicated that of new species was better in yields and quality. The basic medium with rice or wheat added nutritious elements has more than 70% transform rate. Added some Chinese herbal medicines in cultural medium, such as Epimedium brevicornum Maxim, the nutritious compositions of Gordycepsmilitaris were increased.
