Abstract:

Based on the Water Holding Capacity of two typical Litter Layers of Mount Sejila, the results show that:The litter reserves of different levels、the maximum water holding capacity and effectively hold water rate of Pinus densata are more than Arrow bamboo;the maximum water holding rate of different levels forest litter between two typical forest stand are significant, the Maximum Water Holding Capacity of undecomposed Litter layer of Pinus densata is 106.54%,and the Maximum Water Holding Capacity of semi-decomposed Litter layer is 156.93%;the Maximum Water Holding Capacity of semi-decomposed Litter layer of Arrow bamboo is 89.08%,and the Capacity of undecomposed Litter layer is 232.22%,it is 2.6 times of the semi-decomposed layer。During the testing cycle, the sorptive rate and soaking time of Litter are obvious function P = a (t), P = a ? eb (t),the Water holding capacity and soaking time of Litter are obvious function:Q=aln(t) +b.
