Abstract:

This paper discusses the inducted effects of different hormone proportioning on the propagation coefficient of Phyllagathis fordii by using orthogonal　experimental design L9(34)on the base of single factor experiment. The result showed that effects of these factors on propagation coefficient，according to their influencing difference，are as follows: 6-BA＞KT＞NAA. Based on these results，the optimized hormone proportioning is as follows: 6-BA 1.2 mg/L,NAA 0.4 mg/L,KT 0.1 mg/L.The optimal basic media is B5,MS.
