These features enable the edible pigs provided by rural households’ hog backyard methods to have harmful substances which can induce risk. In order to filter the harmful substances which were imported in the process of rural households’ pig hog backyard and control the risks effectively,(this article) uses fuzzy cluster analysis to extract risk levels in the process of rural households’ pig hog backyard from stratified sampling data, adopts fuzzy rough set theory mining the decision-making dependence attribute and knowledge rules of risk which was induced in the process of rural households’ pig hog backyard, generalizes the three dimensional risk structure in the process of rural households’ pig hog backyard according to the dependence attribute and knowledge rules, raises the safety system design principle filtering risk in connection with the risk structure, and constructs the security framework and the risk management framework of filtering risk in the process of rural households’ pig hog backyard using the corresponding relation of risk, security and control. The risk structure and risk control methods raised in the article apply to risk control of small-scale production process of various kinds of farm products and foods.

  Expression of The IX Gene of CAV-I in E.coli BL21 2010, 26 (22):  12-15.  Abstract + ( 1201 )   PDF ( 1046780KB )   ( 1038 ) Abstract: we firstly adopted the method of concentration of the virus and extract its genome. Than referring to the sequence which is published in Gene Bank, we designed a pair of primers. product of the PCR amplification , pIX protein ,was analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis and demonstrated to be a specific band of 1099bp.The fragment was cloned into the pMD18-T vector. After cloning it into the T vector, we sequenced the targeted fragment and the result showed that it was right. Then we ligated it into the expression vector pGEX-4T-1 with DNA T4 ligase, which is digested by the same two enzymes. Furtherly digesting by EcoRI and SalI for identification, we finally got the positive expression vector pGEX-4T1-IX. After transforming the recombinant plasmid pGEX-4T1-IX to the host E.coli BL21(DE3)for 2~3 hours ,we induced it by IPTG with the terminal concentration of 1mmol/L.The whole quantity of expression is up to 21% in the host cell. In the Western Blotting assay , the protein expressed can be detected by CAV-I positive serum, which will contribute greatly to the establishment of CAV-I antibody detecting method.

The results suggested that Herbal Product Daitai can increase the nonspecific immunity of pigs markedly. This confirmed that Herbal Product can prevent the viral diseases affecting in an unique way.

  Study on Inhibitive Effect of Alkaloid Extracted form Radix Isatidis in Vitro on Porcine Parvovirus 2010, 26 (22):  20-23.  Abstract + ( 1290 )   PDF ( 581219KB )   ( 998 ) ［Abstract］:【Objective】To evaluate the antiviral activity and mechanism of Soluble alkaloid of Radix Isatidis（SARI）and Liposoluble alkaloid of Radix Isatidis(LARI)【Methods】SARI and LARI were extracted from Radix Isatidis by the mothod of ethanol extracting. SARI and LARI were added into PK-15 cells before, after and simultaneous with Porcine Parvovirus (PPV) respectively. 【Results】The results showed that the minimum concentration of SARI for blocking ,inhibition and killing PPV in vitro was 7.81μg /ml、15.62μg /ml、7.81μg /ml. the minimum concentration of LARI for blocking ,inhibition and killing PPV in vitro was 0.78μg /ml、12.5μg /ml、0.78μg /ml. The mixture of SARI and LARI was0.78μg /ml、12.5μg /ml、0.78μg /ml.【Conclusions】: The mixture of SARI and LARI is the best , while LARI is better than SARI in inhibition to PPV in vitro.

  A “Cost-effective” Method for Purification of Prokaryotic Expression Proteins in Gel Slices 2010, 26 (22):  24-26.  Abstract + ( 1328 )   PDF ( 653801KB )   ( 1678 ) Objective: To establish a new cost-effective method for purification of the recombinant protein; Method: Recombinant proteins expressed in E. coli were separated by using SDS-PAGE. Target proteins were isolated by cutting the gel slices that contain the right bands which were stained by 0.25 mol/L KCl instead of 4 mol/L NaAc solution. We selected the modified experimental procedures of including repeated freezing and thawing then high-speed centrifugation to replace that of the original overnight dialysis after dialysis bag-electrophoresis elution. Results: We improved the experimental efficiency significantly. Proteins purified by this modified method remained proper antigenicity when detected by ELISA and Western blot. Discussion: Compared with other conventional ways of protein purification, this method is relatively simple and effective, especially suitable for the general laboratorys.

  Molecular Cloning and Expression Analysis of Cu/Zn Superoxide Dismutase Gene (MrSOD1) cDNA from Myrica rubra 2010, 26 (22):  27-33.  Abstract + ( 1068 )   PDF ( 1067100KB )   ( 1194 ) A full-length cDNA sequences of Cu/Zn-SOD was cloned from Myrica rubra leaves by using the RT-PCR technology, and the expression levels of this gene in different tissues were found through Semi-Quantitative RT-PCR method. The full-length is 461 bp encoding a 152 amino acids Cu/Zn-SOD ortholog. The sequences contained the Cu/Zn-SOD family signature sequence and had the homology more than 77% comparing with other Cu/Zn-SOD from GenBank. This gene was named as MrSOD1 (GenBank accession No. GQ404510). The expression levels of MrSOD1 in different tissues were fruit>leaf>flower >shoot. The study provided a way for deep research on the expression and regulation of MrSOD1, and the molecular mechanism of anti-oxidative effect in Myrica rubra.

At present, DNA sequence analysis is changed from common DNA fragment (cpDNA, nrDNA) to LCNG (Low-copy nuclear gene), COS (Conserved Ortholog Set) markers check LCNG site. The characteristics and development of COS markers and also their utilization and applications foreground in Pyrus are briefly reviewed in this article, which could apply a new method for resovling phylogenetic problems in Pyrus.

  Genetic Relationship between Potato Local Varieties and Some Cultivars of Sichuan Revealed by RAPD Analysis 2010, 26 (22):  40-44.  Abstract + ( 1296 )   PDF ( 782377KB )   ( 897 ) Genetic relationship of 21 potato local varieties and 10 cultivars from Sichuan were analyzed by RAPD markers, to evaluate their value for genetic research and breeding, and make suggestions for combination of parents. 20 of 170 RAPD primers, polymorphic, clear and stable by screening with 8 morphologically distinct accessions, were selected. A total number of 191 loci amplified by 20 RAPD primers, 172 loci were polymorphic. The average ratio of polymorphic loci was 90.1% and the average polymorphic information content (PIC) was 0.822; the average PIC of cultivars and local varieties were 0.823 and 0.814, respectively. Genetic distances and cluster analysis showed that: the average distance among 31 accessions was 0.4274; varying from 0.1481 ~ 0.5852; the average and range of genetic distance among local varieties were higher than cultivars; there was an average distance of 0.4496 between local varieties and cultivars. It is suggested that local varieties have more genetic variation, and are valuable for breeding. Unexpectedly, most local varieties were clustered into one group, and separated with cultivars. Those local varieties might have no direct relationship with cultivars tested, and be higher potential for crossbreeding. N5-33, N5-38 and N6-22 seem to be derived from Atlantic, Epoka and Nowa Huta (or Mira) respectively; they are worthful for further comparatively study.

This paper introduced the structure function and distribution of GS in higher plants. Furthermore, the progress in molecular biology and bioinformatics was summarized briefly.

  RAPD Analysis on Genetic Diversity of Different Zizyphus jujuba Varieties 2010, 26 (22):  50-53.  Abstract + ( 1111 )   PDF ( 1056031KB )   ( 1027 ) In order to verify the genetic relationship of the Zizyphus jujuba , the genetic diversity of 21 different varieties of Z. jujuba was analyzed by using the random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) in the study. The result showed as follows: 20 effective primers were selected from 36 primers. 185 bands were amplified, among which 173 bands were polymorphic, and percentage of polymorphic bands were 93.51%, an average of approximately 9.25 bands per primer. DPS software was used to construct a cluster analysis dendrogram. Cluster analysis showed that all germplasms used in this study could be clustered together in the threshold of 82.48 distance. 21 different varieties of Z. jujuba were divided into two groups in the threshold of 65.98 distance.

  The Connection between Concentration of total Polyphenol, Activity of Polyphenol Oxidase and Browning of Explants in Canarium album (Lour.) Rauesch 2010, 26 (22):  54-57.  Abstract + ( 1238 )   PDF ( 633437KB )   ( 1109 ) Abstract: The various tissues of Canarium album, (including old leavesmature leaves, young leaves, petiole relevantly, young shoots, flayed young shoots and flayed embryo), were collected in different month to detect the concentration of total polyphenol and the activity of polyphenol oxidase(PPO), then to reveal the relationship between the results and the browning of explants. We found that total polyphenol’s concentration and PPO activity in March were lower than that in other months; especially flayed young shoots had the lowest total polyphenol’s concentration and PPO activity, as well as flayed young shoots had the lowest browning rate which was helpful to the of Canarium album. The results revealed that total polyphenol’s concentration and PPO activity might be the critical factors to induce the browning of explants, so decreasing of them could enhance the efficiency of tissue culture.

  Optimization of SRAP-PCR System in Miscanthus sinensis 2010, 26 (22):  58-61.  Abstract + ( 1538 )   PDF ( 2275174KB )   ( 963 ) For optimizing SRAP-PCR reaction system of Miscanthus sinensis, the single factor experiment included three factors, such as Taq DNA polymerse, dNTPs and Mg2+, were optimized by using the total genomic DNA in this research. In conclusion the reaction system was obtained as below：1 μL 10xTaq Buffer, 0.5 mmol/L dNTPs,0.6 U Taq DNA polymerase, 2 mmol/L MgCl2, 20 ng DNA，0.8 μmol／L primer and with total 10 μL reaction solution．This result provided a useful technique for the genetic variation research and molecular marker-assisted breeding of M. sinensis.

  Studies on Chemical Induction of Somaclonal Variations in Sorghum 2010, 26 (22):  62-64.  Abstract + ( 1231 )   PDF ( 462469KB )   ( 949 ) Sorghum traditional tissue culture technology was still used in inducing somaclonal variations, which meant the somaclonal variations occurred naturally and the frequency of variations was not very high, thus restricting the application effectiveness. This study aimed to enhance frequency of variations through the artificial chemical induction of somaclonal variations. The test materials used in the study were R-line San Chi San and Jin liang no 5. The chemical mutagen was Diethyl sulphate. Generally, the chemical mutagen was poisonous to organisms and therefore it was important to establish safty treatment procedures without pollution. Through years of research and exploration, safety and pollution-free Procedure for treating callus with toxic chemicals was established. The results showed that 0.5%-1% concentrations of DES was suitable to treat sorghum calli.

According to tea moisture, the relationship of the drying time and the wet basis moisture content are analyzed and studied under the different microwave power and vacuum. The three drying models (single diffusion model, page model and exponential model) are verified set up by the experimental data, the experimental data are fit equation found page model. The results showed that microwave vacuum drying of tea to meet the Page equation dynamic model, and it will provide the theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the green tea processing.

  Protein Nutritional Evaluation in the Fruitbodies of Grifola frondosa and White Grifola frondosa 2010, 26 (22):  71-76.  Abstract + ( 1342 )   PDF ( 572814KB )   ( 996 ) The protein nutritional value of Grifola frondosa fruitbodies cultivated by three kinds of waste-resource composts and white Grifola frondosa fruit-bodies cultivated by five kinds of waste-resource composts were analysed with the international protein evaluation methods. The results showed that: (1) The protein contents of Grifola frondosa and white Grifola frondosa fruitbodies are high (average protein content is 22.95%), average amino acid total quantity is 17.51%, and these are higher than L. edode fruit bodies but obviously different among Grifola frondosa and white Grifola frondosa cultivated by different composts. EAA/TAA value is 0.39～0.44，the EAA/NEAA value is 0.75，conforms to the requirement of FAO／WHO ideal protein． (2) In CS、AAS、EAAI and BV, Grifola frondosa and white Grifola frondosa are better than L. edode, and composts donot obvious affect on these indexes; in NI, Grifola frondosa and white Grifola frondosa cultivated by sawdust, com stalk and mulberry branch composts are better than L. edode, and white Grifola frondosa cultivated by cottonseed hull and Bauhinia variegata composts worse than L. edode; in SRCAA all Grifola frondosa and white Grifola frondosa are slightly lower than L. edode, and outclass straw mushroom and Agrocybe Chaxingu huang.

  Analysis on Breeding Potential of 17 Maize Inbred Lines from landraces 2010, 26 (22):  81-86.  Abstract + ( 1815 )   PDF ( 538784KB )   ( 1106 ) The primary objective of this study was to estimate combining ability and its genetic parameters of a set of 17 newly inbred lines. The materials included 11 testers, which used commonly in southwest regions, 17 newly inbred lines obtained from landraces maize germplasms, and 187 (11×17) combinations which were crossed with 17 new maize inbred lines and the 11 testers by NC II mating design. The combining ability of 17 inbred lines was analyzed based on the date for the experiment. The genetic parameters and heterotic group were done basing on combining ability. The results showed that P1-1, P1-16 and P1-14 with the better comprehensive characters can be directly used in maize breeding program. The SCA of P1-10×P2-4 was high in most traits, it brought out strong heterosis. It is more possible to obtain high field hybrid combinations by the pattern Sipingtou × Lancaster. GCA variance was bigger than SCA variance in rows per ear, kernels per row etc four characters, they were affected by the environments slightly and should be selected at early generations, yet SCA variance of 100-kernel weight and plant weight etc five characters was bigger than GCA variance, they were accessible to the environment, so they were not to be selected in early generations.

  Composition and Distribution Characteristics of Nitrogen In Different Paddy Soil 2010, 26 (22):  87-90.  Abstract + ( 1364 )   PDF ( 501315KB )   ( 1020 ) The composition and distribution characteristics of nitrogen from different paddy soil in the hilly area of the middle Sichuan basin was studied, and the correlation between nitrogen and organic was discussed. The results showed that the level of soil nitrogen content was still low, the content of soil total nitrogen (TN) and available nitrogen (AN) were (1.08±0.26)g/kg and (33.06±8.07)mg/kg, the content of ammonium nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and amino sugar nitrogen were (30.39±15.08)mg/kg, (96.06±13.01)mg/kg and (16.77±11.30)mg/kg. The content of total nitrogen (TN), available nitrogen (AN) and organic nitrogen in different paddy soil was in the order of gleyed paddy soil > percogenic paddy soil > submergic paddy soil. The components of organic nitrogen in different paddy soil was ammonium nitrogen > ammonium nitrogen > amino sugar nitrogen. Moreover, soil total nitrogen was significantly correlated with soil organic matter (P<0.1).

  Effects of Forest Gap on Plant Diversity of Natural Quercus liaotungensis Community 2010, 26 (22):  91-98.  Abstract + ( 1111 )   PDF ( 844545KB )   ( 969 ) In order to supply a scientific basis for natural forests regeneration affected by artificial disturbance，this paper studied effects of forest gap on plant diversity of natural Quercus liaotungensis community in the Ziwuling Mountain of the Loess Plateau. On the basis of investigation of 26 gaps and the non-gap stand, using species richness index, Simpson diversity index, Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index, plant diversity in gaps and under closed canopy were compared. The results indicated that: (1) The average area of gaps which were regimed by the natural disturbance was 86.3 m2 in the natural Quercus liaotungensis community, primarily (accounted for 76.9%) formed by small gaps with the area below 100 m2. And the main formation of them were breakage at trunk base. (2) There was a significant difference between plant diversity in gaps and under canopy, diversity index and richness index were slightly higher in gaps(P＜0.05). (3) Diversity index, richness index and evenness index of arbor and shrub layers were the highest in the size of 75~100 m2 in gap. But diversity index and evenness index of herb layer reached the highest in the size of 0~50 m2, and richness index reached the highest in the size of 75~100 m2 in gap.

  Study of leaf water potential and its influencing factors 6 trees spices seedlings in karst 2010, 26 (22):  99-106.  Abstract + ( 1167 )   PDF ( 1077521KB )   ( 1043 ) To realize difference of water potential of different tree specie and to find a theoretical basis for evaluating drought-enduring capacity of plants in karst area，6 tree species seedlings change of leaf water potential and relationship between leaf potential and environment factors have been studied at different growing stages. The result show that: (1)Daily variation characteristic of leaf potential of 6 tree species seedlings was single (Platycladus orientalis (Linn.)Franco、Cinnamomum camphora (Linn.)Presl、Elaeocarpus sylvestris(Lour.)Poir) or double (Fokienia hodginsii (Dunn) Henry et Thomas、Robinia pseudoacacia L．、Broussonetia papyrifera) peak curves; (2)Leaf water potential of 6 tree species seedlings was maximal in early growth stage (April). With increase of temperature it decreased and it was minimal in peak of growth stage (August). Subsequently leaf water potential increased with decrease of temperature. Increase extent of leaf water potential was different in different tree species. (3)Absolute value of 6 tree species seedlings leaf water potential and temperature all show positive correlation relationship in different growth stage, while it shows negative correlation relationship with atmospheric moisture.

  Investigate and Study on Community Structure of Pinus tabulaeformis and Quercus mongolica Mixed Forestsin Tianzhushan of Shenyang Region 2010, 26 (22):  107-112.  Abstract + ( 1249 )   PDF ( 1659887KB )   ( 1169 ) Pinus tabulaeformis and Quercus mongolica mixed forests were regional characteristic zonal plant community in Shenyang, we should follow the species composition and structure law of zonal plant community when the plants were built in urban landscape. Therefore, the research on species composition and community structure of Pinus tabulaeformis and Quercus mongolica Mixed Forests was the guiding significance to urban landscape construction in Shenyang. Applying the releve method to species composition and community structure could reach the conclusions of relevant indicators. In tianzhushan of shenyang, Pinus tabulaeformis and Quercus mongolica Mixed Forests had 122 species of seed plants, belonging to 38 families and 72 subjections. Through analysis and comparison of significant value, the main dominant species in arbor layer were Pinus tabulaeformis、Quercus mongolica、Quercus liaotungensis Koidz and Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance. The dominant species in Shrub layer were Lespedeza bicolor Turcz, Corylus heterophylla Fisch, Indigofera kirilowii Maxim．ex Palib．and Sambucus williamsii Hance. The micryptophytes were accounted for 38.12%, phanerophytes for 27.64%, cryptophytes for 22.87%, therophytes for 8.1% and chamaephytes for 3.27% by analysing the life forms. Vertical structure of Pinus tabulaeformis and Quercus mongolica mixed forests were divided into arbor, shrub and herb, the shrub layer had less advantage than the arbor and herb. The characteristics of the horizontal structure was that the similar plants were a uniform sheet, while the various plants were mixed among the species in a poor condition. The canopy density of arbor layer was 0.75, coverage of shrub and herb layer was 0.27 and 0.46 respectively.

  Studies on Drought Resistance on Morphology Anatomical Structure of Leave of Six Species Shrubs 2010, 26 (22):  113-117.  Abstract + ( 1173 )   PDF ( 734657KB )   ( 1104 ) The morphology anatomical structure of six specices (Buddieja alternifolia, Caryopteris×clandonensis.‘Worcester Gold’, Caryopteris mongholica Bunge, Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge,Rosaceae Amygdalus mongolica, Rosaceae Amygdalus pedunculata) were observed. By means of paraffin sections, we choosed different features, such as the leaf thickness, the chticula thickness, the palisade tissue to sponge tissue, to consider the difference of the six species. The results that was we choose six indicator,which had typicalness of leave morphology anatomical structure on the six specices: with a thick cuticle、epidermal appendage、well-developed palisade tissue、sponge tissue and vessel, rich in mucous cells and crystal-containing cells.

  Study on the Fire Retardant Treatment Process of Wood Materials 2010, 26 (22):  121-125.  Abstract + ( 1136 )   PDF ( 506949KB )   ( 1025 ) The flame resistant material is obtained by the inorganic flame-retardant,which has the advantage of economical and low toxic characteristic, in order to reduce the combustive property of wood. The treatment method and effect of the inorganic flame-retardant agent with different consistency and prescripton under normal pressure are studied. The experiment uses the dipping process for the wood and takes the retardant treatments by the flame retardants such as NH4H2PO4、BaCl2、MgCl2、Borax、Boric acid and so on. The wood has the good effect of antiflaming，which is evaluated in the passage, through the dipping process by the mixtures of NH4H2PO4、Borax and Boric acid. In the end, it gets the best craft condition by the experiment that: the under normal pressure the retting temperature is 80℃, the liquid of mixtures ride is 20% , the time of retting is 12 h.

The results showed that fruit yield of peanut increased with the day’s growth of the needle under. Fruit seeds had 15.1% crude fat content fatty acids. C18:1n9c, C18:2n6c and C16:0 were the highest proportion, and C18:1n9c accounted for 45.8%, C18:2n6c accounted for 31.4%, C16:0 accounted for 13.0% were 90.2% of crude fat in the maturity period. The growth curve of crude fat was a parabola. Accumulation of fatty acid composition had three types. The O/L value reached the maximum value of 1.46 to the maturity. Protein content of fruit seeds had wave-type changes during the pod dry matter accumulation process. Trend of amino acids was consistent with the protein. The peak had emerged about the next needle 35 d. Protein content of 8.85 g/100 g and amino acid content was 7.46% in the maturity. 17 amino acids were detected, with the highest content of glutamic acid. There were three changes types of curves of amino acid. The trend of sugar, reducing sugar and total sugar of the peanuts were high to low and then high with the accumulation of dry matter. The contents of sugar, re ucing and total sugar were 2.2 g/100 g、0.1 g/100 g and 2.42 g/100 g respectively in mature period. The experimental results showed that ‘Fuhua 4’ fruit yield and the main nutrient content of groups’ quality reached the highest or higher value in maturity, so to obtain high yield of peanut yield and good quality ‘Fuhua 4’ should be taken in maturity.

The group-planting seedlings of ROC22 were viru-free by tip culture..we compared the effects of water and fertilizer before transplantion , time of trantplantion, way of trantplantion and the condition of illumination to survival rate and growth when single bare-root seedling transplanting in field. The results showed that , when controled the water and fertilizer ten day before transplanting,the seedling whose survive rate were 89.5 percent which reached very significance level than contract and grew well after survive when controlled the water and fertilizer ten days before transplanting; The more quickly transplanting , the more higher survival rate within four hurs when the group seedling separated into single plants., in the ordinary cannot beyond four hours; when trantplanted in field, it is better in 2-3 centimeter depth, , the survival rate would decrease less than 2 centimeter, and more 3 centimeter would reduce tiller or on tiller; The seedling whose survival rate can reach 95.8 to 97.2 percnet when used the 70 percent shady net. In other ways, such as transplanting in spring or transplant in water-field like rice, can increase the survival rate of bare-root seedling of sugarcane transplanting in field. In all, with the control of water, fertilizer, light shad and the depth of tansplanting, we can transplant some vigorous and strong resistance group-planting seedling to field.

The wound signal transduction was significantly inhibited by hexanol. However, extract from lettuce and avocado overcame its inhibition which suggested that wound signal can be transduce in solutions. It also showed that the wound signal in lettuce may not belong to protein substance.

The SOD-like activities of the mimics above have been determined by nitroblue tetragolium (NBT)-illumination method, and the IC50 values of mimics 1-3 are 0.25、0.25 and 0.38μmol/L, respectively. It shows that the complexes possess high SOD-like activity. The result indicates that the SOD mimics will be used as the regulators of plant’s growth against the adversity stresses.

Acid dye colorimetry and RP-HPLC was used to the detection of the total alkaloids and mesaconitine, aconitine and hypaconitine. Results: The treatment of 6-BA and IAA had inhibitory effects on the content of total alkaloids，while GA、KT、NAA were not influence the result. NAA increased the content of mesaconitine、aconitine, but inhibited the hypaconitine. The other hormones inhibited the contents of the three alkaloids. Conclusion：The hormones had the effects on the content of alkaloids in Aconitum carmichaeli. The results can provide scientific basis for the application of plant hormones on Aconitum carmichaili during cultivation.

Soil moisture has been considered as one of the most important indicators of soil conditions. There is some significance to reflect the soil moisture situation of the study region with characteristics of surface temperature /vegetation index space. In this paper, Chongqing was chosen as the study area and the study period was 2006. The characteristics of surface temperature /vegetation index spaces were built with the soil moisture data and less cloud cover MODIS products which were acquired at the same time. The Temperature Vegetation Dryness Index (TVDI) was built by two kinds of vegetation index (NDVI, EVI) and named TVDIN, TVDIE separately. Firstly, the difference of two kinds of TVDI reflected the soil moisture status was analyzed with soil moisture site data. Then, using the land-use cover data of MODIS, the spatial diversity of the surface soil water conditions of hilly and mountainous areas in Chongqing was analyzed. Finally, combined with the main land use types of the study area, the soil moisture status of each land cover type was explored. The results show that, TVDI can effectively reflect the spatial and temporal differences in soil moisture and is an effective means which can monitor the soil moisture status at real-time. Compared with TVDIN which built by EVI and TVDIE which built by EVI, TVDIE is more suitable for the monitoring of summer drought. The TVDI grade distribution of woodland and grassland is more uniform. So there is strongest water conservation capacity for the woodland and grassland, sparse second, the cultivated land weakest. Vegetation cover is very helpful for the water conservation and drought resistance, and soil moisture and land use types exist certain correlation.

The results showed that: using N fertilizer could significantly improve the rice yield. Compared with black treatment, the early rice increased by 23.00%-26.10% and the late rice increased by 36.66%-71.43%. Furthermore, in the same nitrogen level, low fertilizer land with the average yield increasing efficiency was better than middle fertilizer land. The best nutrient management model could highly increase nitrogen use efficiency on the three nutrient management mode, it was improved 10.00% and 8.36% than the peasants fertilize habits on early rice and that of 19.60% and 16.89% on late rice in the same soil fertility level. In different soil fertility levels, sufficient nitrogen could increase the number of filled grains and effective panicle for rice, got more nitrogen translating to grain.

Application of phosphorus promoted the growth of cultivable bacteria. Applications of nitrogen fertilizer accelerate the growth of fungi, but restrain the growth of aerobic nitrogen-fixing bacteria. Imbalance fertilization restrained biomass of the soil microbe especially the growth of aerobic cellulose-decomposing bacteria. Application of organic manure was promote to the framework of the soil microbe and was promote to manage the environments of the soil microbe, which improved the production of farmland ecosystem.

After transformation, the soil pH was significantly increased for the trial, and mean were 4.64 and 5.06 respectively. The means of Tie-guanyin planting survival rate were (99.3±0.513)% and (99.5±0.5)% respectively, which higher 5.13%~9.17% than the old tea garden, the differences were significant. The yield had increased 10% in second year and 15% in third year; effect on yield increase was obvious. Quality score was higher 3.05~9.46 than control after comprehensive transformation, the differences were very significant or significant, and the quality was increased one grade averagely.

It was found that the bulblets both propagated byLilium davidii var.unicolor and‘Sorbonne’were much bigger and heavier when the scales was put in 100 mg/L 4-Hydroxybenzoic acid for eight hours in the further study, which was the best treatment for promote the quality of bulblets. The treatment of 50 mg/L salicylic acid disposed for eight hours could also promote the quality of bulblets.

Orthogonal table L9(34) was applied to definitize the appropriate range of processing temperatures through controlling the shaped temperature, depilatory temperature and lifting aroma temperature. And the effects of the interrelated temperatures on the sensory quality of flat-shaped tea, including shape, soup hue, aroma, flavor and foliage fundus, were studied. According to the experiment results, significant differences did not exist with regard to the sensory quality among the nine treatments, which were in the designed temperature rang. Therefore, under the condition with shaped temperature 50℃-70℃, depilatory temperature 50℃-70℃, and lifting aroma temperature 80℃-100℃, the excellent quality of Guizhou flat-shaped green tea can be guaranteed.

DTOPSIS and grey related degree gave the uniformity result, and the biggest difference of value of Ci in DTOPSIS method was 80.2%, but the biggest difference of the weighting correlation number（ri）in grey related degree had only 11.0%. DTOPSIS was a new method of comprehensive evaluation tomato varieties, and DTOPSIS was better than grey related degree.

Twelve primers with excellent reproducibility and 80 bands were obtained totally, 74 of these were polymorphism bands, and the polymorphism rate was 92.50%. The genetic similarity coefficients were between 0.41 and 0.99, which indicated that RAPD markers could reveal the higher genetic diversity of these tested materials. The systematical cluster analysis conducted with UPGMA showed that 51 accessions were grouped into 8 clusters at coefficients 0.812. Principal component analysis showed that 3 principal constituents contribute 44.54% of cumulative variance, in accord with systematical cluster analysis. This study revealed that there was not significant relationship between these germplasm and source place.

The α-Mannosidase fusion protein was purified by Ni2+ -NTA affinity chromatography column from culture filtrate. The fusion protein was then injected into and used to immune New Zealand rabbits to produce polyclonal antibody. 【RESULTS】The titer of this polyclonal antibody was 1：51, 200 and with good specificity after ELISA analysis. Protein of 30 M. oryzae strains were tested against this antibody using ELISA and Western blotting show that the expression level of the α- Mannosidase appeared to be significantly different among strains as well as infection stages when inoculated with the strain 70-15. 【CONCLUSION】The difference expression level of the α- Mannosidase among different strains may be related to the physiological and biological characteristic such as pathogenicity of the fungus.

However, generation two of H. armigera do the severe harm to cotton in Xinjiang. There are differences on climate and soil types among different cotton-planted areas. Soil is important intermedium for larvae to enter soil and pupate and has affected on promoting eggs. Thus, it has theoretic and practical significance that we understand what function of the soil will bring on the eggs. In this study, long term data on H. armigera from two plant stations in south (Maigaiti county) and north (Shawan county) of Xinjiang and experiment data from 30 agricultural meteorology experimentation stations in Xinjiang were employed to conduct path analysis, clustering analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that there were more influence factors on eggs of H. armigera in Maigaiti county than that in Shawan county. Soil bulk density had litter direct effect on eggs of H. armigera in Maigaiti county (-0.025) than that in Shawan county (-0.294). The indication effect of soil bulk density on occurrence of eggs of H. armigera to the north of Xinjiang was more evidence than that to the south of Xinjiang. The effect of precipitation on H. armigera was different in south and north of Xinjiang. The effect of soil bulk density on eggs of H. armigera was negative and it could have indication effected in some extend. So it can be regarded as indication effect in some extend on occurrence of eggs of H. armigera when use soil bulk density in different regions and combine weather and biological factors.

EC50 values for 86 isolates from the areas where the difenoconazole have never been used before, were （0.3958±0.3485）μg/mL, ranging from 0.0135μg/mL to 1.2832μg/mL.The data could be used as baseline sensitivity of B. cinerea to difenoconazole. The results of monitoring showed that low resistant isolates to difenoconazole in B. cinerea occurred in collected areas, 9.5% low resistant isolates existed,but moderate resistant or high resistant isolates were not detected. It was found that no positively-correlated cross resistance relationship exists between difenoconazole and other fungicides with different action mechanism, by analysing the correlation logarithms of that EC50 values between difenoconazole and other fungicides that pyrimethanil, procymidone, carbendazim, diethofencarb and iprodione to different isolates of B. cinerea to the base 10.

  Determination and Analysis of the Main Nutritional Components of the larvae of the Rice Stem Borer, Chilo suppressalis Walker (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) 2010, 26 (22):  292-296.  Abstract + ( 1444 )   PDF ( 617716KB )   ( 1009 ) The main nutritional components of the larvae of the rice stem borer, Chilo suppressalis Walker, were determined. Then the international general nutritional value assessment method was applied for the overall nutritional assessment of its protein. The results showed that the contents of water, ash, fat, protein and total sugar in the larvae were 694.8, 5.7, 218.9, 138.3 and 6.1g/kg, respectively. The larvae also contained many kinds of valuable minerals, such as Cu, Mn, Zn, Fe, Ca, K and Mg. The contents of unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acids were 303.2 and 93.7g/kg, respectively. But the content of essential fatty acid was only 3.7g/kg. The larvae contained 17 amino acids and 7 the essential amino acids to human. The content of total amino acids was 99.76g/kg, and the essential amino acids were 44.92% of the total amino acids while the percentage of the essential amino acids content to the nonessential amino acids were 81.55%. The first limiting amino acid of the larvae protein was the amino acid containing sulfur (Met+Cys), and the second limiting amino acid was Val. The study found that C.suppressalis larvae possessed the good nutritional value.

  Comparison of two methods in evaluating the allelopathic potential of root exudates from Ageratina adenophora (Sprengel) 2010, 26 (22):  297-300.  Abstract + ( 1255 )   PDF ( 692211KB )   ( 945 ) 【OBJECTIVE】To find a fast and effective way for the capture root exudates released from by Ageratina adenophora.【METHOD】We collected the root exudates using the water-culture method and the recycled water-resin extraction method, then comparatively assessed the allelopathy of root exudates to Medicago sativa L..【RESULTS】The root exudates from the two extraction methods have significantly inhibited the growth of its root and shoot. Among them, the relative allelopathic impacts of the water-culture method on the germination rate, germination index, root growth and shoot growth reached -0.18, -0.31, -0.21 and -0.30; Response Index (RI) of water-resin extraction method were -0.28, -0.32, -0.24 and -0.53, respectively.【CONCLUSION】The two methods had no obvious difference in the assessment potential allelopathy of A. adenophora’s root exudates. But compared with the recycled water-resin extraction method, water-culture method was simple, rapid and not so easily interferenced by environment, it is more suitable for assess the potential allelopathy of root exudates of A. adenophora.

  Calculation of the Area of Effective Ecological Land in the Region around Taihu Lake 2010, 26 (22):  301-305.  Abstract + ( 1075 )   PDF ( 1174606KB )   ( 1063 ) In the process of rapid urbanization, it is quite necessary to protect a number of ecological land to maintain the ecosystem health, improve living quality and guarantee sustainable development of the region. The author put forward the concept and calculation method of effective ecological land based on the theory of ecosystem services. The results showed that: the effective ecological land around the Taihu Lake was 826127.85 hm2 in 2005, which counted for 29.97% of the total area. From the perspective of ecological land types, the proportion of water area has increased from 21.82% to 51.14%; the proportion of cultivated land had dropped from 62.16% to 25.38%. Between different cities, the difference was obvious. The proportion of the effective ecological land in Suzhou was highest among the 5 cities, reaching 40.77% in 2005. The proportion of the effective ecological land in Jiaxing was lowest, only 16.77%. The proportion of the effective ecological land can be a effective planning index to indicate the level of ecological construction.

So changes of the water quality is maybe close to the nearest areas of Miyun reservoir. This article takes a key village in the North part of Miyun reservoir as a example and evaluated through emergy method. The result shows that the emergy yield ratio is 0.2,means the eco-economic mode of the village is not feasible;emergy investment ratio is 5.67,higher than the average emergy investment ratio of China(4.93), means the village is depending on outside investment, meanwhile, the envionmental loading ratio is 5.67 and emergy index of sustainablility is 1.13, which shows that the system may provide non acceptable and sustainbale economic results. Finally, on the bases of the evaluation, this article put forward ecological planning for the fufure development.

The results show that the total contents of Ni、Cr、Pb、Cu、Zn and Cd do not exceeded the maximum permissible limits set by State Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for soils in China, but the concent of Ni、Cr and Pb has increased compared with the local soil background value. There are significant differences in fractions of heavy metals in sewage-irrigated soils. Further, the residual fraction was the predominant fraction for Ni、Cr and Zn. Pb was dominated by the residual fraction and iron-manganese oxides fraction，and Cu was dominated by organic fraction and residual fraction ,. For cadmium, mainly fraction were exchangeable and carbonate bound forms and the residual form was limited. Compared with the non sewage-irrigated soils , sewage irrigation increased the bioavailability of heavy metals and changed the Chemical fractionation of heavy mental. The availability of heavy metals in sewage-irrigated soil is as order Cd> Pb> Cu > Cr > Zn > Ni, and the mobility followed Pb > Cd> Cu > Cr > Zn> Ni, respectively. The bioavailability of Cd and Pb are much more higher than other heavy metals.

Through the on-the-spot observation of Shanxi pinglu area loess hilly region, hilly gentle slope aeolian area, soil stone mountain area and alluvial plain of four different site types of direct solar radiation values, which contrasts analysis with simulation obtains direct radiation simulation values by ViewGIS. Research shows: ViewGIS3.0 is over 90% of the simulation accuracy for direct solar radiation instant values; the simulation error of daily cumulative radiation is less than 5% in the condition of clear sky, the error is less than 10% in the condition of partly cloudy; the clouds are the main reasons to make the error increasing. It proves that this software can completely achieved satisfactory results to calculate one day or over several days of direct solar radiation, and that have important practical values.

The result showed that the greenhouse of soil Sampled already set up 3-14 years greenhouse soil in Shiyang river valley to determine soil environmental quality items. Compared to crop land, greenhouse soil nutrients content, heavy metal residues and salt content presented a clearly increased trend with the number of greenhouse construction years increased. Greenhouse soil total N, total P, available P and K content are significant accumulation, respectively increased 35.8%, 77.7% 140% and 87.4%. Available Zn, Cu and Fe content increased 542%, 245% and 67.4%, meanwhile soil salt and heavy metals residue also had a cumulative trend, As and Hg respectively increased 309%, 871% and 358.8% compared to crop land, But not beyond the scope of impeding crop growth limitation. The electric conductivity (EC) in greenhouses was about four times as high as that in the open fields. The greenhouse of soil heavy metals, As and Hg were higher than in the open field. However, the soil EC and heavy metals of the greenhouse was not reached.

  Study on Land Use Changes in the Southeast Karst Mountainous Areas of Yunnan Province Driven by the National Project of Converting Farmland to Forest in Recent Eight Years: A Case in Wenshan County 2010, 26 (22):  338-343.  Abstract + ( 1028 )   PDF ( 635323KB )   ( 880 ) Taking Wenshan County, a karst mountainous area in southeast Yunnan Province, for example, this paper has analyzed its land use changes from 2000 to 2008 driven by the project of converting farmland to forest. The result shows that during the eight-year period, the land use changes in Wenshan County had the following characteristics: areas of farmland, garden plot, woodland, and construction land all in the increase and areas of the unused lands such as waste grassland and bare land in the obvious decrease. The project achieved some good results: woodland increased and some steep slope farmlands being ecologically converted. However, some good farmlands were also converted to woodland, garden plot, and waste grassland. The lands converted were mainly farmlands on gentle slopes at less than 25°, which did not comply with the national policy on farmland protection. What is noteworthy is that the amount and rate of increase of woodland are far lower than those of farmland. Meanwhile, we should also notice the phenomenon that while some farmland being ecologically converted, some woodland is transformed into farmland and the amount of the latter is obviously greater than the former.

The results showed that the removal rate of hemicellulose was 80.67% under the conditions of NaOH concentration 4%, extracting temperature 50℃, extracting time 2 h. The removal rate of lignin was 47.29% under extracting mixed liquor include both 15 g/L NaClO2 and 31 mL/L acetic acid, extracting temperature 70℃. The content of cellulose extraction was more than 40%. It illustrated that the high quality cellulose with lower contents of hemicellulose and lignin was extracted under the above process conditions.

To explain why the total phosphorus concentration increased, experiments on phosphorus and suspended solids adsorption by water hyacinth stalks were performed. The results of the present study indicated that soluble phosphorus was not adsorbed by the water hyacinth stalks, neither was Ca3(PO4)2. The experimental results also showed that per 100g the stalks adsorbed about 60g suspended solids which contained 0.71% total phosphorus. So it was concluded that the increase of total phosphorus in the biogas fluid-soaked water hyacinth stalks was mainly induced by suspended solids adsorption.

The results showed that the maximum production rate of volatile oil was 0.153%, the minimum rate was 0.003%, and the mean rate was 0.088%. There were 65 common compounds and 37 non-common compounds, and these compounds were mainly terpenes and oxygenated derivatives. The antifungal activity evaluation showed that the volatile oil of two samples could inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus. After analyzing the relationship between the antifungal activity and chemical composition among different samples, eight chemical composition, including α-Amorphene, 3,7-Guaiadiene, Aromadendrene, Citronellyl acetate, d-Elemene, Elemol, Germacrene D and α-Guaiene, were significant or highly significant related with the antifungal activity in volatile oil of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq fruits.

The effects were different with different ways of mulching film. The effect of one-line mulching film was the best. The second was two-line mulching film.

Enriched-Se rice cultivars will be obtained when a range of Se content (0.1~0.3mg/kg) is took as enriched-Se foods standard from late rice cultivars, i.e. Gufengyou8312, BoIIyou510, Nanfengyou61208, Jiefengyou629, Jing5you182, Rexiang1, Nanfengyou/6256 and BoIIyou629. In early rice cultivars, Hongtaiyou996, IIyou128, Congyou629, IIyou202 and Teyou57353 are enriched-Se cultivars.

Although YLD has similar symptoms in different regions, it has been shown to be induced by different pathogens. In this work, 28 samples of diseased palms were collected from three different counties of Hainan Province, China. Their 16S rDNA was studied by the nested PCR to detect the phytoplasma associated with YLD. The results showed that amplification was observed only in leaf samples, but not in stem or root samples, and phytoplasmas were detected only in 9 samples collected from 2 counties of Hainan pronvices.

The result showed that, the stem was soaked directly with HgCl, which could be gotten better sterilization effect; using 1/2MS as the basic media including 2.0 mg/L BA and 1.0 mg/L GA3 could improve the shoots length and the ratio of bud break and multiplication of macadamia. This study could provide reference for rapid multiplication and spread of macadamia.

To improve the cultural level and the overall qualities of the farmers is a long-term education process, which can’t be adapted to accelerating the communication of agricultural science and technology. This paper puts forward that to this special group, the distance communication of agricultural science and technology must adapt to the farmers’ knowledge ability, economy ability and application ability. In this way, the farmers’ interests and initiative of learning agricultural science and technology can be aroused and the desired communication results can be achieved.

The level of agricultural modernization in eight counties are quantitatively analyzed so as to grasp the situation of agricultural modernization in Liaocheng and the proposals to speed up agricultural modernization also are put forward. The factor analysis has been used to quantitatively analyze the level of agricultural modernization in Liaocheng selecting ten Indexes and using data in Liaocheng Statistical Yearbook in 2009. The Gap of level of agricultural modernization among the counties is great and descending order is Gaotang, Chiping, Shenxian, Dongchangfu, Yanggu, D’e, Guanxian and Linqing. The restrict factors are not different. The counties in Liaocheng should increase investment and raise the level of agricultural modernization according to Local conditions.

  Application of Seasonal Time Series Model in Forecasting Greenhouse Daily Humidity 2010, 26 (22):  407-412.  Abstract + ( 1256 )   PDF ( 812459KB )   ( 1045 ) Control of humidity environment in greenhouse is an important item of humidity monitoring and forecasting.In this paper, the method of seasonal time-series analysis was proposed to predict the air humidity of sunlight greenhouse, the data collected from Oct.2008 to June 2009 in some Gaoyi greenhouse which is representative in Shijiazhuang area was studied. Using the theories and methods of seasonal time series model, an AR(p) model to forecast the local greenhouse inner daily humidity was built up. By comparing the measured value with the estimated value, the RMSE and the average RE were 9.90, -8.65%,it is showed that the AR model can preferably fit the greenhouse inner humidity, and also can be used theory instruction and management supplying in sunlight humidity environment control．

  Studies on the Inhibition of Algal Growth by Ultrasonic Radiation Technology 2010, 26 (22):  413-417.  Abstract + ( 1697 )   PDF ( 800771KB )   ( 1074 ) To explore the effect of the ultrasonic radiation can inhibit the increase of the algae, in this study, ultrasonic radiation technology was used to inhibit algae’s growth in the eutrophication water. The results showed that the ultrasonic radiation effectively inhibited the increase in the number of algae, but no significant influence on the composition and dominant species of algae. Cyanobacteria and Bacillariophyta in particular, a significant number of the inhibitory effect, its inhibitory effect on the performance of the most one month after using ultrasonic radiation, but no significant influence on Chlorophyta. The results also showed that the ultrasonic radiation inhibited the increase of the algae to some extent, but little effect on improving water quality.

It is significant to set up perfect rural land system for the promotion of the social harmony. On basis of a comprehensive application of the economics, sociology and law, the present paper studied the problems existing in the prevailing rural land system such as conflicts on the value position of the rural land management right, incomplete definition of the use right of the homestead, and imperfect requisition system of the rural land, and further had a close look on the causes of these problems. In addition, the author, on basis of a detailed study of the relationship between the rural land and social security system, put forward a suggestive proposal that setting up rural modern social security system should be done together with perfecting the reform of rural land system, which would basically improve the production efficiency on the part of the peasants, protect their legal rights and eventually achieve great promotion of the agricultural industry.

The author made use of the time series analysis method and economic theory to summarize the periodicity of the development of industry and agriculture and the law of coordinated development of industry and agriculture. Based on the agricultural development uncertainty, the author probed into coordinated development of industry and agriculture in order to reduce the feasibility of agricultural development uncertainty and put forward the institutional arrangement and multi-levels policy systems on reducing agricultural uncertainty. The results showed that there were three impacts (natural conditions, natural disaster, the shortage of the knowledge of modern science and technology on agriculture in the period of economic cycle and knowledge economy) which had uncertain attacks on agricultural development. It was not only the need of agricultural development, but also the need of setting up ecological-economic system to reduce these attacks. We can carry out some measures to reduce the risk of agricultural development uncertainty, such as the auction mechanism of management right to rural land, perfecting the social security system, strengthening rural financial transfer payment, innovating rural finance and insurance system.

  New Trends of the Vegetable Exporting Changes and Influence Factors in China 2010, 26 (22):  437-441.  Abstract + ( 1051 )   PDF ( 631140KB )   ( 1543 ) Based on analyzing new exporting characteristics of vegetable, this paper analyzed the new trends of the vegetable exporting changes in China from following aspects: the changes of vegetable exporting quantities, exporting destination structures, exporting domestic regional sources and exporting species structures. Then Gravity Model was used to do empirical analysis on main factors which affected new trends of vegetable exporting. The results showed that GDP, population, exchange rate and FTA variables were important factors. It was also found that appropriate mutual beneficial institutional arrangements among trading partners could promote Chinese vegetable trading and reduce bilateral trading resistance.
