［Abstract］:【Objective】To evaluate the antiviral activity and mechanism of Soluble alkaloid of Radix Isatidis（SARI）and Liposoluble alkaloid of Radix Isatidis(LARI)【Methods】SARI and LARI were extracted from Radix Isatidis by the mothod of ethanol extracting. SARI and LARI were added into PK-15 cells before, after and simultaneous with Porcine Parvovirus (PPV) respectively. 【Results】The results showed that the minimum concentration of SARI for blocking ,inhibition and killing PPV in vitro was 7.81μg /ml、15.62μg /ml、7.81μg /ml. the minimum concentration of LARI for blocking ,inhibition and killing PPV in vitro was 0.78μg /ml、12.5μg /ml、0.78μg /ml. The mixture of SARI and LARI was0.78μg /ml、12.5μg /ml、0.78μg /ml.【Conclusions】: The mixture of SARI and LARI is the best , while LARI is better than SARI in inhibition to PPV in vitro.
