Abstract:

On the basis that summarizes the theoretic and practical research of cultivation mode for innovative talents of predecessors, combining with the background at home and abroad of demand for innovative talents of enterprises involved in agriculture, the author applied the though way of causal and decision analysis to analyze the obtainment and cultivation as well as their reasons on innovative talents of agricultural enterprises in China. From the angle of construction of cooperative platform of governments, enterprises, universities, research institutes, it proposed countermeasure to promote the attracting and hatching of innovative talents of enterprises involved in agriculture, including three aspects such as construction of scientific and reasonable coordination mechanism of talent cultivation, cooperation mechanism of multi link of value chain of talent cultivation and feedback mechanism of cost value based on maximization of benefits of multi-agent.
