Abstract:

Analysis and compare with TMV incidence of the branches of 119 tobacco germplasm resources and the results of disease resistance identification of these germplasm resources. The results showed that, there are a certain regularity of the TMV resistance identification results and TMV incidence of the branches of tobacco germplasm resources. In a sense, TMV incidence of branches of tobacco germplasm resources can be used as the reference value of TMV resistance level. Especially for to screening of the disease resisted tobacco germplasm resources when absence of the conditions to artificial inoculation to TMV resistance identification. The results can correctly reflect the germplasm resources of TMV resistance level, this method can be applies to the initial screening of TMV resistance tobacco resources especially.
