Abstract:

Chinese periodicals enter a new stage of periodical development in 21st century, because of the keen competition in periodical market, people pay more and more attention to the key problem of periodical development which how to improve the competitiveness of sci-tech periodicals. Based on the present situation, publication management concept, management experience of China Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, study on the strategy of improving competitiveness of sci-tech core periodicals from three aspects which human resources, management strategy, management mechanism to ensure sustainable development of sci-tech periodicals.
