Abstract:

This paper applied CURL in heterogeneous digital database searches. At first, sniffer was used to get the passing parameters of different database. Then after metadata description of parameters, CURL post the passing parameters to different database. Finally, all searched results were showed in one page by analyzing the return pages. This technique has been used in unified searches of Beijing agricultural digital library.
