Abstract:

The effect of explant sterilization of Chamelaucium uncinatum in tissue culture was studied,such as disinfectors,the time of fetching material,cutting sites and antibiotics.Result showed that, the optimum explants were terminal bud cut from October to March in next year,and the optimum way of sterilizing treatment was that explants were dipped in 75% alcohol for 30s,then in 0.1% HgCl2 for 8min. However antibiotics added into media can not inhibit contamination caused by endophytes.
