Abstract:

Drought stress affects plant growth and development seriously. This paper introduces the Physiological and molecular mechanism and the research progress of crop drought tolerance in configuration, osmotic adjustment, scavenging oxidative radicals, endogenous hormones，stress protein, Which could supply several new approaches to research of resistance to drought for water-conservation agriculture in our country.
