Abstract:

The Brazil banana plantlets were used as material to study the changes of photosynthesis and physiological indices of leaves under short-term high temperature.The results showed that Pn，Gs，Tr decreased than those of CK ,but Ci continued to rise. After 24 h heat treatment,the leaf of Brazil banana total chlorophyll content were lower than 9.62% of CK, while the soluble protein, free proline, MDA content were increased significantly than those of CK.The results suggested that short-term high temperature might result the bad effects on the growth of the brazil banana plantlets.
