Abstract:

Abstract: The article takes northern area of Jiangsu Province as an example and aims to study the farmers’ financing act in the underdevoloped area. This article describes the microscopic financing status among farmers in northern Jiangsu Province through 160 valid questionaries. Meanwhile it analyses the factors which will effect financing act with Tobit and Probit. It draws the conclusion that the above mentioned factors are farmers’ income, age, production expenditure, education expenditure and house construction expenditure.
