Abstract:

Abstract:The article studied the changes in soil moisture and the production in marigold during different growth stage under the condition of bed planting and furrow irrigation. The experiment presented that the bed planting and furrow irrigation with irrigation of 3600 m3/hm2 held the high moisture content during the different growth stage in each soil layer, and raised Water use efficiency 41.15% and increase production 25% comparied of flat planting with irrigation of 4200 m3/hm2 .The results indicated: the reasonable irrigation water quantity of bed planting and furrow irrigation in marigold was 3600 m3/hm2.
