The optimization of experimental conditions and matrix modifier determining Cd in soil with Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry

Abstract:

In this paper, it is optimized that the experimental conditions with graphite furnace determination of Cd in soil. It is ultimately determined that the 5% diammonium phosphate as matrix modifier, with the volume ratio of 4:36, ashing temperature 900 ℃, atomization temperature 1300 ℃. The determination results of 4 soil samples are all within the standard value range.
