Abstract:

This paper analyzes the status of urbanization level of the district of Fuling in Chongqing during 1998~2008, and study the urbanization tendency and its external and internal motivation mechanism. The total population and urban resident population in 2015 and 2020 are forecasted by comprehensive growth rate and rural redundant labor shifting. It finally gets the urbanization level of Fuling in 2015 and 2020.
