The article is very important to understand epidemic situation of capripox in China.

  Recent Progress on the Genes Related to Aluminum Stress in Wheat 2010, 26 (24):  10-19.  Abstract + ( 1367 )   PDF ( 1341541KB )   ( 1439 ) Aluminum (Al) toxicity is a major constraint factor for crop production in acidic soil worldwide. The Al toxicity can cause inhibition of cell elongation and cell division, leading to root stunting accompanied by reduced water and nutrient uptake. With respect of genetic analysis of Al tolerance, the work has been done in cereals especially among members of the Triticeae (eg, wheat, rye). It was reported that seven wheat aluminum-induced genes (wali1, -2, -3, -4, -5, -6 and -7) were isolated from an Al-sensitive wheat cultivar (Triticum aestivum L. cv. Warigal), which are response to Aluminum stress. The wali1 encoded a plant metallothionein-like protein, homologous to the proteins from a number of other plant species, such as Arabidopsis thaliana, Glycine max, Pisum sativum, Mimulus guttatus, Zea mays and Hordeum vulgare. The wali2 coding protein has no significant homology with any sequence currently in the databases. The proteins encoded by wali3, wali5 and wali6 are the members of serine proteinase inhibitor- Bowman-Birk family, which have the conserved Bowman-Birk domains. The protein which wali4 encoded shows homology to the enzyme PAL. The protein encoded by wali7, a member of Gn-AT-II superfamily, has significant homology with stem-specific proteins from Zea mays and Oryza sativa. Subsequently, a β-1,3-glucanase gene and fimbrin-like mRNA were isolated from an Al-sensitive wheat (T. aestivum L. cv. Victory) cultivar. Using differential screening of a root tip cDNA library prepared from an Al-tolerant wheat cultivar (T. aestivum L. cv. Atlas-66) exposed to Al, it was reported that several wheat aluminum-regulated (War) genes were cloned. Sequence comparison revealed that the genes up-regulated by Al encode peroxidase (war4.2), cysteine proteinase (war5.2), phenylalanine-ammonia lyase (war7.2), and oxalate oxidase (war13.2), respectively. The Al toxicity affects the biological functions of the plant in many different aspects. However, plant cells are well equipped with many ways help to detoxify. This article reviews the progress of the basic structure, biological function, expression regulation of the genes related to wheat aluminum stress and their novel research.

  The Microsatellite Distribution in the Complete Genomes of the Tomato Leaf Curl Bangladesh Virus 2010, 26 (24):  20-27.  Abstract + ( 1271 )   PDF ( 2467614KB )   ( 1108 ) In order to display the microsatellite distribution characteristic in the complete genomes of the Tomato leaf curl Bangladesh virus, with MATLAB software and the optimal complete subgraph algorithm, this paper extracted and displayed the microsatellite distribution characteristic in the complete genomes of the Tomato leaf curl Bangladesh virus (AF_188481.1) in the database NCBI and calculated the repeat numbers and locations of the N-bases group, then displayed their distribution disciplines. The results showed that: the law of exponential distribution had been simulated. The study provided theoretical basis for the control of the Tomato leaf curl Bangladesh virus. This research method was commonly suitable for the sequence analysis of various virus genomes.

  Establishment of screening system with mannose-resistant for different genotypes of sugarcane 2010, 26 (24):  28-34.  Abstract + ( 1256 )   PDF ( 744296KB )   ( 973 ) In order to clarify the sensitivity of mannose in the regeneration of different genotypes sugarcane, and it will provide the techniques for genetic engineering breeding of sugarcane. Research on the regeneration of sugarcane varieties of ‘ROC22’, ‘GT94-119’ and ‘GT96-44’ in media with mannose stress was carried out in this work. The selection system for three sugarcane varieties in additional mannose was established. The proportion of the additional mannose was variant in different regeneration stages, 60% for calli subculture and multiplication, 60%~70% for differentiation and 30% for rooting of plantlets. According to the investigated results by statistical analysis, the affect of mannose on three genotypes of sugarcane was variant in different regeneration stages. There was no significant difference in the subculture stage, but the significant differences were found in differentiation and rooting stages.

This paper introduced the progress of DNA methylation in tree development and micropropagation, including the DNA methylation patterns reconstruction between different development stages, such as age, flowering, dormancy, education and sex of woody plants, and the DNA methylation patterns reconstruction in the callus subculture, the formation of regenerated plants and somatic embryogenesis. Last, the relationship between hybridization and DNA methylation was reviewed, and then prospected the current research.

  The Initial Study on Chitinase Producing Strain Fermentation Conditions 2010, 26 (24):  42-46.  Abstract + ( 1386 )   PDF ( 791903KB )   ( 1181 ) In this paper, a chitinase producing strains - Bacillus licheniformis JDZ-3 production of chitinase fermentation conditions were studied. The main factors which determined chitinase production as follows: the optimum initial medium pH was 7.0, the best carbon source in the medium was the colloidal chitin, the best nitrogen source was yeast extract, the best metal ion as Mg2+, the optimal fermentation temperature is 30 ℃. In the orthogonal experiments based on the single factor optimization method, three major nutrients maked up the chitinase fermentation medium were obtained: 0.2% colloidal chitin, yeast extract 0.6%, MgSO4 ? H2O 0.1 %. The strain cultured at 30℃ for 72h with this fermentation medium, the chitinase in the supernatant was up to 2.76U/mL.

The results showed ：the optimum　combinations were MS+ NAA 3.0 mg／L + BA 2.0 mg／L for callus induction and SH+ NAA 3.0 mg／L + BA 1.5 mg／L for callus growth with cotyledon as explant. Effect sequence of four effects was explants ＞minimal medium＞NAA ＞ 6-BA for callus induction and growth； Ginkgo endosperm juice improved the growth，but leaf juice inhibited the growth of callus.

The results showed that un-treated seeds germination percentage of Mimosa pudica was 13.6%, rate of hard is 60.6%; The main factor of affect germination is seed coat. Seed germination percentage was increased by 95 ℃ 1 min hot-water treating, the germination percentage and germination energy were 94.3%, 92.0%; The germinating ability also was increased by etch of 98% H2SO4 50min treating, the germination percentage and germination energy were 84.0% and 79.7%; The germination percentage of sanding was 16.3%, the effect is not obvious; Optimum temperature of seed germination for Mimosa pudica is 30℃.

  Seed Purity Test of Hybrid Varieties of pepper by SRAP Marker 2010, 26 (24):  67-70.  Abstract + ( 1407 )   PDF ( 2249313KB )   ( 1242 ) Abstract: Two pepper hybrid varieties, Hangjiao No.4 and Hangjiao No.5, and their parental inbred lines H09-4、H09-2、WS-3、B-2-2 were used to study the polymorphorism of amplifiable spectral bands in hybrids and their parents by SRAP marker in order to detect true and fake hybrid seeds. The 18 pairs of tested SRAP primers, there were 13 pairs of primers found to be polymorphic in amplification in the two hybrid varieties, Among18 primer pairs, 23.5 strong markers were produced for every primer pair on the average, the average polymorphic ratio was 58?89%, 3 primers of partial female type, 2 primers of partial male type, 2 primers of complementary type. 100 seeds of Hangjiao No.4 and Hangjiao No.5 were individually tested with primers DC1-EM9 and ME5-EM20 to have a purity of 100% and a purity of 97.3%, respectively, and the purities were very close to the purities field tested 100% and 98.9, which indicated that SRAP markers would have a wide range of applications in rapid lab test of seed purities of watermelon hybrid varieties

In this study, we have investigated the peptides interacting with the intracellular protein kinase domain of CRN by using the 7-mer phage display library. By using CRN as a ligand, phage clones binding to it were screened from the library through 4 rounds of biopanning. After sequencing and measuring binding activity by ELISA, a clone specific binding to the intracellular protein kinase domain of CRN has been selected, and the encoding peptide sequence was TLTELVR, which was considered to contain the key peptide sequence interacting with the intracellular protein kinase domain of CRN.

  Analysis of Phenolic Compounds in North Shaanxi Red Jujube by UV Spectrophotometry 2010, 26 (24):  83-88.  Abstract + ( 1310 )   PDF ( 1241233KB )   ( 1358 ) The phenolic compounds in North Shaanxi red jujube were extracted by ultrasonic wave, Soxhlet backflow and extraction, respectively. Then the contents of phenolic compounds were detected by UV spectrophotometry at different wavelengths. The results showed that there were good linear relationships between eight phenolic compounds (except gallic acid) and their absorbance, when the concentrations of 8 phenolic compounds were from 0.002 to 0.010 mg/mL. The correlation coefficients (r2) were between 0.9954-0.9998, the average recovery was 99.30% and the RSD was 1.87% when catechin was as the control. The contents of catechin and epicatechin accounted for up to 55%. This method was simple, accurate and suitable for detecting phenolic compounds in North Shaanxi red jujube.

The change of TG enzyme addition, action temperature and time on the water capacity, texture properties, sensory quality, the color and luster of silver carp fish balls have been studied in the paper. TG enzyme addition can improve the water capacity, texture properties, sensory quality, except for the color and luster; with the increasing of action temperature, the quality of fish balls had a trend of rise first then fall quality; with the prolonging of action time, the quality of fish balls increased, and then became flat. TG enzyme can significantly improve the quality of silver carp fish balls.

  Study on the Resin Debitter Technology for the Grapefruit Juice 2010, 26 (24):  95-98.  Abstract + ( 1164 )   PDF ( 651492KB )   ( 976 ) Using the new grapefruit variety that introduced in Fujian province as raw material, we studied the resin debitter technology for the grapefruit juice; The effcts of debitter of grapefruit juice were studied with various factors, including different amount of resin, temperature, time, pH value and so on; Based on the results of single factor tests, through orthogonal tests, the optimum conditions for the debittering of grapefruit juice using resin were as followings: under pH value of grapefruit raw juice, the optimun debittering temperature is 10℃, the amount of resin is 2.0%, the optimum time is 60mins; Using this technology, the debittering rate for the juice was 48.05%, and the juice was able to keep the flavor characteristics.

The main components of filtration residue of bee pollen are dietary fiber, which can not be digested. The optimum ingredient of biscuit of dietary fiber with using the filtration residue of bee pollen was studied by an orthogonal design. The results indicated that the best ingredient was as follows: filtration residue of pollen 12%, soybean oil 20%, yellow butter 15%, others was same as basic ingredient. This kind of biscuit was tan, light, crisp, and fragrant. The content of dietary fiber was 6.5%.Filtration residue of bee pollen can be used as the additives of dietary fiber biscuit. Improving the nutritional value of dietary fiber biscuit, the valuable natural bee pollen are reasonable utilized.

  Regeneration and Genetic Transformation of Aquatic Plants Bacopa monnieri 2010, 26 (24):  103-108.  Abstract + ( 1442 )   PDF ( 1779851KB )   ( 1049 ) In order to explore and improve the aquatic plant Bacopa monnieri with biotechnological methods, regeneration from tissue culture and Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation system were established with leaves of Bacopa monnieri as explants. The results showed that the optimal callus induction medium was MS+6- BA 0.5 mg /L+NAA 0.02 mg/L; differentiation medium was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L; rooting medium was 1/2MS+IBA 0.1 mg/L. The best Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated genetic transformation conditions were as follows, explants pre-culturing for 2 day, OD600 of infecting bacilli 0.5, infection for 7 min, co-culturing for 4 day and delay screening after 4 day. The highest frequency of transformation occurred in 21.4%.

The results showed that: the flue-cured tobacco was insensitive to short-day treatment, the short-day treatment couldn’t brought forward the growing season; the low temperature after transplanted below 15℃ was the main reason of early flowering, the lower the temperature was, the earlier the flowering came; the sharp declines of nitrogen content and phosphorus content in leaves was a sign of flowering stage; the three major elements of NPK came into the rapid accumulation after topping, so the application of available nitrogen in order to ensure the normal development of leaf was necessary.

The variety had good agricultural properties in every growth stage, It also had strong seed vitality, high valid flowering rate, large leaf area index, high net accumulation rate, more dry matter accumulation, etc. It was suitable for growing in both dry land and paddy field.

  Study on Shear Strength of Perma zyme Stabilized Soil-root Composite 2010, 26 (24):  124-127.  Abstract + ( 1330 )   PDF ( 815153KB )   ( 1057 ) Abstract：In order to understand the effect of Perma zyme on soil shear strength, a type of Perma zyme stabilized soil-root composite was proposed, which can be defined as mixing the roots of ryegrass into the soil which contains Perma zyme. The shear strength of the composite was investigated in terms of various Perma zyme and roots content of composite. Seeds of ryegrass were cultivated in soil with different Perma zyme content. Results proved that seeds of ryegrass can survive and grow well. It was found that the shear strength of PSSRC increased with the increase in Perma zyme content. The value of φ first increased but then decreased with the increase in Perma zyme content.

  Polyploidy Induction of clone Eg5 of E*grandis with the Use of Colchicine 2010, 26 (24):  128-132.  Abstract + ( 1523 )   PDF ( 3140040KB )   ( 1101 ) The study was conducted to find the dependency of polyploid inductivity rate of E.grandis clones’ axillary buds with colchicine on treatment conditions by applying Plackkett-Burman Design and Uniform Design. According to regression analysis, the functional relation equation between polyploid inductivity rate and independent variables including colchicines concentration and soaking time was found which value of Adj R-sq is 0.9366 and ideal. The maximum of inductivity rate can reach 51% when the soaking time is 26.2h and the colchicines concentration is 0.21%. The study result shows that the inductivity rises at fist and drops later with the continuous increase of colchicine concentration and soaking time. The inductivity drops because of the mass mortality of awaiting axillary buds.

  Construction of Prokaryotic Expression Vector of SAD Gene of Camellia Oleifera 2010, 26 (24):  133-136.  Abstract + ( 1283 )   PDF ( 779032KB )   ( 1180 ) To investigate the expected functions of the SAD from Camellia oleifera seeds, a pair of primer integrated with two restriction sites was designed according to the reported coding sequence (CDS) of the SAD, thereafter the segment of CDS, which contained double digestion sites, was obtained by RT-PCR and TA cloning method. After confirmation of the CDS by PCR and sequencing respectively, the PCR products of the CDS was double digested and ligated to pET30a which was aslo double digested using the same restriction enzymes, followed by transformation of recombinant pET-CoSAD into BL21 (DE3). The length of colony PCR products was the same as the expected, and the distribution of double digested products via electrophoresis was also in accordance with experiential distribution. In summary, a recombinant pET-CoSAD which could be used to analyze the function of CoSAD in pET system had been constructed successfully.

It is discovered that log average price is the most influence factor for forestry net income of peasants in FuJian province. Adjusted R Square reach 0.924. Significance reach zero. Taxation and Fee, production sale cost, sale expense, two funds, other cost are rejected in regressional analysis of successive steps with forestry net income of peasants in FuJian province.

A mong 24 species,there were 14 species graded as the national key protected animals(in which 2 species of Grade I ,12 species of Grade II),19 species were listed as the China red list of threatened animals,11 species were listed in the IUCN red list of threatened animals,14 species were ranked the threatened animals by CITES, and 6 species were special product of China. this species is confirmed as a new record of Paramesotriton chinensis in Jiangxi Province.

The content of flavor compounds was decreased during curing but the trend was not the same at different stage. Most of the compounds content increased in the first 12 hours or the time between 36 and 48 hour, then the content decreased. So extending the yellowing time of suitable ripe leaf is helpful for the improvement of flavor compound content.

  Identification of Cold Tolerance of Delay-type Cold Damage on Main Rice Varieties in Heilongjiang Province 2010, 26 (24):  153-156.  Abstract + ( 1128 )   PDF ( 575535KB )   ( 1043 ) Cold tolerance of 30 main rice varieties were identified at sprouting stage and tillering stage by simulating low temperature in climate cabinate, the aim was to screened cold tolerance varieties on delay-type cold damage. The results showed that the difference was more among tested varieties, and screened varieties of high cold tolerance on delay-type cold damage were Longjing16, Longjing18, Longjing22 and Songjing12, of which germinating rate was high under 10 ℃ and delayed days was less after low temperature treatment at tillering stage. The screened varieties could be cultivated by method of direct sowing in paddy.

The results showed that the traits had more differences in varieties and in locations. Among the traits, number of branches per plant, number of pod branches per plant, number of pods per plant and full pods per plant were influenced obviously by ecological factors, and shelling rate was relatively stability in locations. The results showed that the capture photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) was mode C > mode A > mode B; the air relative humidity (RH) of mode B was better, and the temperature (Ta) of mode B was higher, and the concentration of CO2 (Ca) in the field was lower. The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) in prunus armeniaca was double peak curve, and the high peak appeared at about 12:00 and 16:00 in the three compound cultivation modes. The daily average of Pn for the three modes were 10.5, 8.9and 10.6 μmol/(m2?s), respectively, the highest value were 17.9, 15.2 and 18.2 μmol/(m2?s) respectively. Therefore, the photosynthetic capacity of mode B was lower than modes A and C significantly. The transpiration rate of mode B was the highest; the transpiration rate (E) of mode A was the lowest. The Pn of mode A was lower than that of mode C and higher than that of mode A, so the daily average of water use efficiency (WUE) of P. armeniaca in mode A was higher and the drought resistance of mode A was stronger. When auxin and cytokinin were applied together, the callus induction was improved, and the optimum phytohormone combination was BA 1.5 mg/L+ 2,4-D 2.0 mg/L, which induction rate was 100%, and the callus grew luxuriantly.

  PCR-RFLP and Sequence Analysis of 16S rDNA and 16S-23S rDNA Intergenic Spacer Regions of Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus 2010, 26 (24):  226-232.  Abstract + ( 1494 )   In order to determine the genetic diversity of Citrus huanglongbing pathogen, 16S rDNA and 16S-23S rDNA intergenic spacer regions of Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus from 6 different regions were amplified, and the PCR products were analyzed by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) with 4 restriction enzymes. The electrophoresis bands of digested products of 16S rDNA and 16S-23S rDNA intergenic spacer regions (ISR) were identical and showed no polymorphisms. The 16S-23S rDNA ISR were cloned and sequenced, and the sequences were aligned and analyzed. The results suggested that the 16S-23S rDNA ISR of 6 isolates had no base difference between each other, and the homology level was 99.0% to 100% with other Ca. L. asiaticus. Phylogenetic analysis showed that all Ca. L. asiaticus isolates were clustered into one group, and then clustered in larger group with Ca. L. africanus, Ca. L. americanus and Ca. L. psyllaurous. The results showed that there was no or slight molecular variation of 16S rDNA and 16S-23S rDNA IRS between different isolate of the same specie of citrus huanglongbing pathogen.

Three different peanut varieties i.e. Xianghua 120 (high lush degree, mid-early maturity, large-seed), Silihong (medium lush degree, very early maturity, medium-seed), Xiangnongxiaohuasheng (low lush degree, early-maturity, small-seed) were selected to intercrop with the main hybrid cotton variety Xiangzamian 2 in Yangtze River Basin.The results showed that: 1) relative illumination, growth potential, seed-cotton yield (3.4%~5.7%) of intercropping cotton all decreased, whereas relative illumination of intercropping peanut raised, the pod yield reduced mainly due to the reduction of planting density. 2）The impact of different peanut varieties to intercropping cotton majorly related to lush degrees, of which Xianghua 120 ＞Silihong＞Xiangnongxiaohuasheng, and the impact by cotton to different peanut varieties mainly related to maturity, of which Xianghua 120＞Xiangnongxiaohuasheng＞Silihong. 3）Although the seed-cotton yield of intercropping cotton slightly decreased, the overall field benefits increased significantly, including 35.9%~107.6% increase compared with peanut monoculture, 31.6%~52.9% increase compared with cotton monoculture. Combined with the geographic information data and based on GIS, we carry out the work of dynamic climatic regionalization for main crops planting suitability. The results show that the climate change has some influences on the planting structure of main crops in Hunan province. The major impact on double cropping rice is the change of ripe cycle, onrape and camellia oleifera as well asorange is the increased area of optimum suitable planting, on cotton and tobacco is the decreased area of optimum suitable planting. According to the impacts of climate change on planting structure and the results of agricultural climatic regionalization, we propose as follows: make full use of climate resources of lakeshore plain and valley plain as well as basin to raise multiple crop index, and to increase the yield per unit area; make full use of mountain climate resources to make the camellia oleifera industry bigger and stronger; make full use of regional climate resources to create the orange brand; make full use of microclimatic resource to develop the special tobacco planting in western and southern Hunan province

This paper designed a set of pot experiment composed of two factors and four levels, that is, 0 (blank), 0.25 (low), 0.5 (middle), 1 mg/kg (high) for B and 0 (blank), 1 (low), 5 (middle), 10 mg/kg (high) for Cd respectively, mainly discussed were the effects of adding B on peanut’s biomass, Cd content, oil content and phenolics content under different Cd concentration by analyzing B-Cd interaction effects and action of B to Cd. The results showed: 1.B-Cd interaction effects were mostly stimulation effect on kernel dry weight (low Cd) , Cd concentration, and oil concentration, but mostly inhibition effect on kernel dry weight (middle and high Cd) and phenolics content. 2. B effect on Cd were mostly synergistic action to kernel dry weight (high Cd) , Cd content of inedible part (low and middle Cd) and edible part (low Cd) , but mostly antagonistic to kernel dry weight (low Cd), total fresh weight (high Cd), Cd content of inedible part (high Cd) and edible part (middle and high Cd), oil concentration (low and high Cd) and phenolics content (except for low B and low Cd dealing). 3. The water content of total peanut increased under high Cd concentration. Conclusions are drawn as follows: Under scientific fertilization, planting and tillage, adding 0.25 mg/kg B might enhance peanut productions and quality, reduce the cadmium concentration in kernels; at the same time, we might use peanut as a phytoremediation plant to solve the low B and high Cd problems in karst soils.

  Studies on Application Effect of Biomass Charcoal Seedling Substrate after Added Ammonium Sulfate 2010, 26 (24):  295-300.  Abstract + ( 1237 )   PDF ( 898788KB )   ( 1037 ) Physiological acid fertilizer ammonium sulfate was chosen as a kind of alkalineity changing material for reed biomass charcoal, and research focused on improvement effects of mixture of ammonium sulfate and reed biomass charcoal on substrate property and tomato seedling development and growth. Research result showed, it could decrease reed biomass charcoal alkalinity significantly when ammonium sulfate added to substrate (P<0.05), and substrate electrical conductivity also be increased, but had no obvious effect on substrate bulk density. For tomato seedling, it showed that 0.5 g/L ammonium sulfate added to substrate could have the best effect on growth and development of tomato seedling, chlorophyll relative content, leaf length, leaf width, plant height, stem diameter, aboveground biomass, underground biomass and healthy index under 0.5 g/L ammonium sulfate added treatment were 5.74%, 13.31%, 22.42%, 44.06%, 16.75%, 42.99%, 26.92% and 23.19% respectively higher than treatment which had no ammonium sulfate but had reed biomass charcoal in substrate; and they were 11.56%, 28.22%, 31.42%, 71.85%, 50.46%, 64.81%, 81.65% and 77.63% higher than treatment which neither ammonium sulfate nor reed biomass charcoal in substrate.

Sludge contains many organic matters which are well used as fertilizer. This paper mainly reviewed the history and present situation of sewage sludge compost on farm, the principle and process of sewage sludge compost, applications in agriculture, forestry, vegetables, flowers, fruit trees and land reconstruction as well as development tendency in agriculture.

In order to study the feature of cloud physical structure affected by westerly trough, we analyzed an westerly trough procedure from May 8 to 9 in 2006. It was concluded that: this westerly trough precipitation has thin cloud with dry layer. Observations indicated that the mean moisture content in the cloud is low, with a maximum value of 0.30 g/m3; Shijiazhuang is in the bottom of westerly trough. It is the disadvantage for precipitation; in addition, the low moisture content and the dry layer in the cloud made the cloud droplet and raindrop evaporate, leading the low precipitation of 1 mm in Shijiazhuang.

The limitation of land reserve resources and farm-oriented consolidation potentiality make it an important way to solve the contradiction of land use by exploring thoroughly the consolidation potentiality of rural residential land. Thus, the study on the consolidation potentiality of this city is realistically significant and provides reference for the general plan of land use in a new round. Based on the analysis of the characteristic and problems of the rural residential land in Huainan city, by applying the methods of per capital and the numbers of housing plots every household owns index of land used for development and systematic planning of town development, the author has calculated the theatrical potential of the rural residential land as 9605.65 hm2. Then, analytic hierarchy process was used and the rural residential area consolidation potential of Huainan city in 2020 was obtained. Moreover, the driving force of the consolidation was analyzed on the factors of new rural construction, land reserve resources and the demand of the construction land. According to the analysis, the consolidation potentiality of the rural residential land in Huainan city is huge and in the influence of various driving factors, the effective arrangement for the residential land is needed as soon as possible.

The cluster analysis of SPSS was applied to the study of that datas measured by ICP-AES and its analysis results showed that the ten elements could be clustered reasonably into four groups. With principal component analysis, three principal components, the water quality of the sewage, the stability of the CASS, and the sludge-water separation and ceramic filtration, were extracted from the original datas. The water quality of the sewage is the main factor. The application of the two data processing tools were helpful for the sewage treatment plant, which could provide some guidance in the monitoring of water quality and controling of water system operation.

The influence of nozzle’s structure on the effect of acrylic acid varnish spraying atomization including supercritical CO2 was investigated. The influences of temperature, pressure and CO2 content on the magnitude of atomization particles and spraying angle were investigated by using L9(34) orthogonal experiments．The result indicated that when spraying operation satisfied these conditions(the temperature is less than 90℃,the pressure is larger than 8Mpa,and the CO2 content is not more than 35%,the above pseudo-ternary system is in stable monophase field.The favorable spraying effect is gained using nozzle with diameter of 0.4mm and length less than 1mm, and the diameter of atomization particles obtained is 80μm. The higher index of temperature,pressure and CO2 content, the smaller magnitude of atomization particles, the larger spraying angle and the better effect of atomization. The optimization condition was 20Mpa, 80℃, CO2 35%, coating film samples attained achieved the national standard under the optimization condition (20Mpa, 80℃, CO2 35%).

Result indicate that the most important factors influencing on the rural residential land intensive utilization is land utilization investment, then are the land utilization structure, land utilization intensity and land utilization benefit. The level of cultivated land intensive utilization needs to be raised. The intensive degree of cultivated land is disparate phenomenally in areas. Conclusion: We should improve the investment rural in planning, management of residential land. Entropy method can be more accurate evaluation target. The research provides the reference for later index selection. Still need further discussion on how to improve the rural residential land’s intensified use level.

According to the results of the national regional trail for winter type rapeseed in four groups, the upper, middle and Lower Yangtze River and Yellow and Huai River in the past twenty years, new varieties showed upward trend in average yield overall. The changes of average effective pods per plant were not distinct, but the number of seeds per pod and 1000-seed weight had moved up among the four groups. The increase of the number of seeds per pod in the 3 Yangtze River groups was higher than that in Yellow and Huai River group, while the increase of 1000-seed weight was just opposite. Resistances of new varieties to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and viral disease had increased continuously in past twenty years. Genetic improvement for winter type rapeseed should be focus on seeds per pod and 1000-seed weight in the future, and seed yield of new varieties in all four groups is expected to increase.

The length-weight relationships are significantly different between the two fish groups. The indexes such as LRA(length of left right axle) /BBA（length of back belly axle),BW(Body net weight )/BTW（body total weight）,and BVW（Body Visceral weight ）/ BTW（body total weight）were significantly different between the two types of fishes. They were 0.5868±0.0301,0.8407±0.0272, and 0.1612±0.0248 respectively for the C-SPC，and were 0.5107±0.0423，0.8065±0.0097，0.1935±0.0097 respectively for the SPC. Both morphological characteristic and crisped strength level changed significantly. Morphological indicators shows that the SPC length-weight relationships was Wpc =0.00000016 L3.3375,and the C-SPC was Wcpc=0.00000378L3.9683. The index of fullness of SCP was K =0.0023, and C-SPC one was K =0.0035. The study also showed that best way for the culture of C-SCP is by using 4 cm / tail fish ling, and the optimum density in fish pond is 150 tails / 666.7 m2. After two years of raising, average specific growth rate reached 1.3488±0.0212 level and the strength level of meat can be more than 0.41 kg/cm2. All fishes that fed in our mix culture ponds could have crisp quality. The results of present study are benefit to improving the intensive production of the Crisped Silver Prussian Carp.

  Preliminary investigations on variations of suspended matter in the Liusha Bay 2010, 26 (24):  397-402.  Abstract + ( 1455 )   PDF ( 765482KB )   ( 885 ) In this study, 9 sites were selected to analyze the water transparency and the variations of suspended matter in Liusha Bay, and these field investigations on these 9 sites were carried out 12 times in one year. The results were as follows: the annual mean water temperature of Liusha bay was 26.4 ℃, and the water temperature variation ranger from 19.0 to 31.9 ℃; The annual average water transparency was 133.3 cm, and the water transparency changed from 50 cm to 240cm; The contents of suspended matter were varied from 9.12 mg/L to 29.90 mg/L, and the annual mean value was 18.7 mg/L. The contents of suspended matter was significantly affected in different months（P＜0.05）. The whole variation trend of the contents of suspended matter was increased first, then decreased, and fluctuant change. The maximum of most selected sites was in May and the mean value was 26.81 mg/L. The horizontal distribution of the contents of suspended matter was shown that the higher contents was in 5th site、6th site、9th site and the lower contents was in 1th site、3th site、3th site. The coastal stations were higher than the channel and bay mouth.

  Application of Plastic Shed on Security Overwintering and Early-reproduction of Red Tilapia 2010, 26 (24):  403-407.  Abstract + ( 995 )   PDF ( 653521KB )   ( 1056 ) The techniques of security overwintering and early-reproduction of Red Tilapia was studied in this paper .The results showed that the plastic shed was able to keep a higher temperature, which the average temperature was maintained at 28.3℃,and there was 8.1℃ higher than that of the outdoor temperature during the experiment .Meanwhile , the average water temperature was maintained at 25.2℃,and there was 6.1℃ higher than that of the outdoor temperature during the period of early-reproduction. The was 93.7% of survival rate of parent fish during the period of overwintering in plastic shed, which was more 13.0% than that of outdoor ponds. The gonad growed at the stage Ⅳ, 3.432% of maturity in mid-February from the stage Ⅲ,0.98% in early January,by 40-50 days of strengthen the nurturing.The spawning accumulated temperature was about 1280.5℃.d. which was less 13.0% than that of outdoor ponds. In addition the gonad of parent fish in plastic shed was mature again by about 40 days of postnatal strengthen the nurturing. 2 months was advanced than that in conventional method, which prolonged the growing period of Red Tilapia and increased output by using the method above. There were more one milion junenile of Red Tilapia in the plastic shed 1# and plastic shed 3# ,which was more 60.6% than that of outdoor ponds from. February to April.

  Effects of Starvation on Biological Components in Muscle and Serum of Different Weight Groups of Megalobrama amblycephala 2010, 26 (24):  408-411.  Abstract + ( 1272 )   PDF ( 564821KB )   ( 840 ) Sixty experimental samples of Megalobrama amblycephala were divided into three groups(141.3±4.23g, 96.5±2.88g and 76.8±3.17g) by body weight. Based on these samples, studies about the effects of starvation on biological components in muscle and serum were carried out at water temperature of 20±1℃. It showed that body weight of groups decreased sharply(p<0.05) after the starvation of 14 days, and mean decreasing range after 28 days reached 18.78%. In the same period, contents of moisture and crude ash in muscle increased gradually while crude fat and crude protein decreased continuously, and the significant decline(p<0.05) of crude fat and crude protein appeared after 14 days and 21 days respectively. Compared to triglyceride(TG) and total cholesterol(TC), levels of serum glucose(GLU) showed more sensitive to starvation, and indexes of each group decreased sharply(p<0.05) after 7 days. At the same time, levels of TC decreased sharply(p<0.05) after 21 days, and significant decline(p<0.05) of TG could be found in the whole starvation period from 7 days to 28 days. The results indicated that effects of starvation on biological components in muscle and serum were significant(p<0.05), and the inconspicuous relationship could also be found between body weight and main biological components(p>0.05).

Microscopic examination and bacterial culture results showed that all bacterial isolates were Gram-positive spherical (coccus) or rod-shaped (bacillus) bacteria. The isolates ZF-1 and ZF-2 were formed with the small, round, moist, neat colonies on ordinary nutrient agar plates, while the isolates ZF-3 and ZF-4 were showed with the big, dry, wrinkled surface and irregular colonies. The results of physiological and biochemical test revealed that four isolates were fermentation and nonmotile bacteria, the gluconate, citrate, sorbitol, hydrogen sulfide and indole test were negative, but β-galactosidase, phenylalanine deaminase, nitrogen monoxide and glycosides hydrolysis were positive. Isolated strain ZF-1 could use glucose to produce acid and gas and ferments sugars including raffinose and xylose, while ZF-2 and ZF-4 strains could not use. Isolated strain ZF-3 was positive for adonitol fermentation and negative for nitrate reduction or gelatin liquefaction, while other isolates were reversed. The above results provide a reference for the further identification of intestinal bacteria from zebrafish.

Results revealed that biogas potential of water hyacinth anaerobic fermentation was 500 mL/gVS, two-stage model was basically consistent with the process of the fermentation experiments with the relative error less than 10%.

  Effect of Different Fungicides on Ethanol Fermentation of Energy Beet 2010, 26 (24):  426-428.  Abstract + ( 1100 )   PDF ( 531649KB )   ( 995 ) To further improve the conversion rate of fermenting ethanol with energy beet,three fungicides were tested into fermentation substrate .The results showed that the fermentation effect after using beaching powder,methanal and sodium pentachlorophenol respectively was better than CK.And the sterilization effect of level 2 in three fungicides was the best.The order of fermentation effect was sodium pentachlorophenol> methanal> beaching powder.So the sterilization method was using 0.004% sodium pentachlorophenol in 50?C treatment half an hour.The pH value range order after fermenting was as follow:CK> methanal> sodium pentachlorophenol> beaching powder.But according to the conversion rate of ethanol, sodium pentachlorophenol was determined as fungicide.

  Impact of Agricultural Subsidies on Chinese Food Security Based on China Agricultural CGE Model 2010, 26 (24):  429-435.  Abstract + ( 1270 )   PDF ( 617958KB )   ( 1146 ) By constructing China agricultural general equilibrium model (CGE), this paper analyzed the food security issue under the assumption of growth in agricultural subsidies. The results showed that growth in agricultural subsidies would reduce price index of CPI, price index of GDP, price index of investment and price index of export, then stimulate capital, investment, real GDP growth, promote social employment and bring the increment of nominal wage, real wages, household disposable income, and motivate household consumption, government consumption. Real depreciation of RMB made export growth and tariff revenue increased, terms of trade was improved, national macroeconomic maintained good momentum of growth. Therefore, the intensity of agricultural subsidies must be continued to increase, and the real efficiency of agricultural subsidies should be improved, which is very important for national food security.

Constrained by the insufficient effective institution, generalized trust and Initiative spirit, the structure of agricultural industrialization organization is unreasonable and the governance of it is imperfect, which has been slowing down the process to improve the agricultural efficiency, increase the peasant's income and thereby enrich the rural areas. Therefore, in order to promote the healthy development of agricultural industrialization, it should be focused by people in different departments in Guangdong to improve the public generalized trust as well as the competencies of the agriculture leading enterprises, and foster the entrepreneurial spirit of people.

The isolated farmers have not-opened, silent and other characteristics that make them adopt passive tactics such as avoiding, catering to, “resisting” and mediation in the rural community conflicts. To begin with, the community manager should pay attention to the isolated farmers, to care them, to create the atmosphere of security for them, which will make them get out of themselves and build up their confidence in rural community conflicts. Secondly, we should formulate the system of the deliberative democracy and concentrate on the institutional improvement of the residents’ participation. Thirdly, we should culture the communication skills and capacity of the isolated farmers in the community conflicts.

Among the factors causing farmers to hunt jobs in cities, the wage income plays a decisive role. So in this paper, it made an investigation and research about wages status and salary expectations of migrant workers in Hulan District. Finding that there are three main problems of migrant workers wages in Hulan District : The migrant workers’ average wage is less than the community average wage; the wages were cut down in fact because of long working hours, as well as the low rate of return. At last, it gives some suggestions : the enterprises should raise the standard of wages referring to the wage expectation of local migrant workers; local government should enhance skill trainings for migrant workers.

It finally gets the urbanization level of Fuling in 2015 and 2020.

The main discussion is how to obtain the main factors which influence living conditions of county science and technology workers from 126 questionnaires and 618 kinds of answers.

Research method is the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). The paper assumes that the government would provide compensation to farmers under the premise of survey. First analysis the willingness to accept adoption about three types of agricultural cleaner production technologies (ACPT) including of using special fertilizer, straw returned farmland and construction of septic tanks. Second clears the two compensation manners that would be accepted by farmers are cash compensation and in-kind compensation. Third simple estimates the three categories of farmers to adopt clean technologies want the compensation standard. Final investigates the degree of perceived need for farmers about the three types of supporting policies that would be implemented by the government to promote clean technology development.
