Abstract:

Mutants are important materials for rice functional genomics research. By constructing the mutant library, using modern biotechnology to separate the identification of gene function has become the primary means of gene function for rice in the world. In this paper, was summarized the primary methods to constructing rice mutant library and the resources of mutant gene at present, as well as brought the prospects of rice mutants research .
