Abstract:

Abstract: Pollution of environment and food has become a serious problem, receiving the world's great attention today. Discrepancy of natural resources and economic development among countries results in various agricultural production modes. However, a worldwide trend has taken its shape in sustainable agricultural development with environmental pollution control and green (organic) food production as the main scope and in the study of the corresponding techniques. China started late in this regard, and the theoretical study and applied techniques are behind the developed countries. According to our country's natural resources conditions and economic and technological status, many agricultural science and technical people are targeting the study on sustainable clean production of green agricultural and livestock products. This is not only very practical and objective, but also quite doable. By analysis of literature and research methodology of combining theories and practices, directed by the production trend in grass planting and animal husbandry in the agricultural areas, this paper attempts to establish the clean production mode for green agricultural and livestock products by using technical measures of food chain structuring, which can achieve the objectives of producing the desired green agricultural and livestock products and causing no pollution to agricultural environment.
