Abstract:

The species of pathogenic fungi and the ways of infection and disease during storage stage on Whangkeumbae were studied. Nine varieties of pathogenic fungi were obtained in the separation process．The results showed that the pathogenic capability of these 9 fungi was different. Alternaria sp., Mucor racemosus, Promises sp. and Penicillium italicum were identified as the main causative fungi of Whangkeumbae during storage stage.
