Abstract:

Based on the viewpoint of theory of property rights this article analyzed the weakness of property in the course of collecting farmland. The results indicated that there were three aspects lead the contradictions of compensation for farmland collection: the rent dissipation of farmland, pricing problems of collecting farmland and the weak of farmland protection which were caused by the weakness of farmland property rights. The conclusion to solve the contradictions of compensation for farmland collection was that farmland collection system can be innovated in the following ways: establish the market of farmland using rights, establish the third-party evaluation system, reforming government functions and strengthening farmland property rights protection.
