Abstract:

IPT (Isoprothiolane) has been proved to improve the development and resistance of plant. In order to offer a theoretical basis for the processing and pelleting of tobacco seeds, this paper compared effects of different concentration of IPT on seeds germination, seed-roots development and seedings growth of tobacco. The results suggested that the concentration range of IPT such as 1～10 mg/L could obviously improve tobacco seed germination, seed roots development and seedings growth. The concentration of IPT was not affected the growth of tobacco when it was too low or too high.
