Abstract:

It is well known but lack of systemic research that abuse of chemical fertilizers may degrade, while using organic manure can improve the quality of farm products. This article has investigated into the relative research results about the relationship between the quality of farm products and organic manure in soil science, fertilizer science, plant nutrition physiology and food science points of view. The research results are hoped to reveal the key factors controlling the quality of farm products.
