Abstract: The Ginkgo Biloba Seeds were desiccation-sensitive when shedded. With the lost of water, the change tendency of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) was decreased-increasde-decreased. The Activity of peroxidase (POD) and the content of malonaldehyde (MDA) increased at the earth desiccation stage, then it decreased with dehydration. The rate of electrolyte leakage increased and seed vigor decreased rapidly.
