Abstract:

In recent years, there are many theoretical and academic issues on exploring the circulation of rural land, but full investigations and thorough analysis of the typical villages in an area is not sufficient. Based on the modern economics, with the help of typical case of Xiwan village, using both the survey research and game analysis, this paper discovered the prominent role of intermediary organizations, and summed up a dynamic equilibrium of the operating mechanism which maintains the game, and may provide a reference to land transfer in middle and west areas.
