    Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin    2016, 32 (20): 147-154.   DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb16040087
    Abstract + (10055)       PDF (2568KB) (567)
Fertilizer machinery cannot easily pass through a close planting orchard, and the fertilizer utilization rate is low when using surface fertilizing. To solve this problem, quantitatively deep-fertilization method through placing granular fertilizer into dug holes was proposed. To put the method into practice, a small size fertilizer deep-applicator for orchards was designed, and its hole-digging performance was tested as well. The results showed that when the holes’ depth were 300, 350 and 400 mm respectively, the average diameter of the top of the holes were 207.7, 207.1 and 209.9 mm, the average diameter of the bottom of the holes were 206.3, 204.3 and 206.1 mm, and the average depth of the holes were 296.7, 345.9 and 395.4 mm, respectively. The errors of the holes’ diameter and depth were within 5 mm. And the digging efficiency was 34.5, 39.6 and 44.1 s, respectively, which could meet the requirements of hole-digging. The testing data provide a technical reference for the industrialization of fertilizer deep-applicator for orchards.

A full tendering procedure contains mainly six parts, namely, bids, tenders, bid opening, bid evaluation, bid winning and contract signing according with the tendering and bidding law of People's Republic of China, including agricultural construction projects. Agricultural construction project is more extensive in arrangement of constructional content and more divisions of bidding and tender than the regular construction ones. So it’s crucial to operated in a scientific, rational, legitimate and realistic way to guarantee its success in every detailed process. The bidding package related perspectives of laws and regulations, project technology, fully potential competition of bidders, tender cost and evaluation were discussed in the present study. We are expecting to find a specific manifestation and effective principles and criterions in tender division based on the specific cased we used, and provide references to professionals for bidding and tenders in agricultural construction projects.

    Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin    2005, 21 (8): 28-28.   DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.050828
    Abstract + (1992)
The TMV CP gene was synthesized with Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) y using the cDNA of its genomic RNA as a template. A synthetic ClaⅠsite was included in T5 primer while a BamHⅠsite in T3 primer, the PCR product was cloned into the ClaⅠ/BamHⅠ site of pBluescript KS+. Then bivalent plant expression vector, pKDTC (TMV-CP+CMV-CP), with double resistance to TMV and CMV, was constructed, in which each CP gene was controlled by a 35S promotor of CaMV. Transgenic tomato plants were regenerated via Agrobacterium transformation system, and analyzed by dot blot, PCR and Southern blot, these results showed that both genes were integrated into the transgenic plant lines L-2, L-5 of Lichun and JH-6 of Jinghan No 1. The transgenic plants grew normally and obviously resisted to the infection of corresponding viruses in greenhouse.

Chinese Academy of Agricultural Engineering, Beijing 100125, China; 4. College of Biological Science and Technology, Fuzhou University, Fuzhou 350108, China) Abstract:Research and application of biomass energy are receiving global attention. The existing biomass technologies mainly focused on producing bio-fuel ethanol by fermenting starch-based biomass, and the large-scale exploration of biomass pyrolysis is still at an experimental stage. However, their applications are limited to low cost-efficiency. The authors’ research group developed a complete set of continuous microwave assisted pyrolysis(MAP) test equipment with a biomass-pyrolyzing capacity of 50-70 kg/h, based on the previous experimental studies on batch MAP of biomass. The self-developed continuous MAP equipment was used to produce bio-oil from untreated corn cob and corn cob pretreated with dilute sulphuric acid. The bio-oil products with different components were obtained. The analysis shows that the compositions of the bio-oil produced from corn cob pretreated with dilute sulphuric acid were relatively simpler and less using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). The research results provide theoretical basis and test rig reference for producing bio-oil from agricultural and forestry wastes.

With the power system constructing in Shanxi Province, the environment of the whole district is turning for the worse. In some parts it even leads to soil erosion. According to researching on the impact of the projects construction for environment and the characteristic of soil erosion in Ruiguang heat-engine plant of Shanxi, put forward appropriate measures for soil erosion, such as construction protection and vegetation restoration, from industrial area, residential district, transport road, coal ash yard and waterpipes. It avoids soil erosion from the projects construction effectively, improves environment at the same time, in order to supply reference for the same kind projects in Shanxi Province and build harmonious society.
