    Research on the Rural Human Resources Development Based on the Platform of Imbark Park of Taiwan Farmers

    Development of imbark park of Taiwan farmers provides rural human resources development with a new platform. Imbark park of Taiwan farmers in Fujian seizes opportunities, makes use of advantages, follows the main line of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, has become the new position of accelerating agriculture extension, new platform of stimulating peasant employment, new way for rural women to achieve self-development, new way to raise farmer organizational level, and new source of developing rural economy. At the same time, continuous improvement of imbark park will be faced with constraints from aspects of policies, systems, markets and so on, which needs government to increase supports, to strengthen training work propaganda, to advance the combined training mode, and to develop new industries to solve problems encountered.

    PCA based on SPSS was used to evaluate the qualities of 9 flue-cured tobacco Varieties in NanYang. The results show that the evaluation was very similar with the planting fact of the varieties, so using the method to evaluate the qualities of flue-cured tobacco can get a better effect.

    The status of agriculture standardization production in China was analyzed in this paper, so were the application status and existing problems of agriculture expert system in agriculture standardization production. Expert system development platform is a kind of agriculture information technique, which makes experts in agriculture can develop an expert system much easier than before without mastering any computer knowledge, therefore, its application can solve many problems in agriculture standardization production. Based on the above, establishment foundation, designing methods, techniques of carrying out and functions of the management system development platform of agriculture standardization production was put forward and application prospect of the platform was discussed.

    The necessity of constructing conformity platform of Chinese agriculture information resources (Professional Search Engine for Agriculture) was analyzed thorough the survey of actuality of agriculture information development in China. The development and tendency of Professional Search Engine (PSE) was also involved in this paper. The framework of a PSE for agriculture (NOVA Chinese PSE System for Agriculture) is put forward, and also the principal techniques for PSE for Agriculture such as Web Crawler/Spider, Text Categorization, and Indexing & Search etc. are discussed.

    Simple model for tomato and green pepper leaf area based on AutoCAD software

    In order to get tomato and green pepper leaf area accurately and conveniently, scanner was used to get leaf images and AutoCAD was used to get actual leaves area. Regression analysis were carried on between actual leaf areas and leaf length, breadth, product of length-breadth measured in the field respectively, and regression models were established between leaf length, leaf breadth, product of leaf length-breadth and the actual leaves area respectively. The results showed that relations between the leaf length, the leaf breadth and the leaf area all assumes the power function, and relation between the product of leaf length-breadth and the leaf area assumes the linear. Errors analysis was carried on for three kinds of estimating models, and the results showed that accuracy of simulated value were bad for regression models of leaf length and leaf breadth. However, the estimated errors were much lower and precision was highest for the product of leaf length-breadth regression models for two kinds of crop, actual size of leaf area can be reflected truly, and the reduction coefficients were 0.6393 and 0.6509 respectively for tomato and the green pepper.

    In order to solve problem of information exchanging and sharing between Internet of Things, this thesis studied on one standard protocol of Internet of Things based on XMPP. Three roles which were Internet of Things terminal, gateway and server were designed in new standard protocol. The main functions of server were information storing, connection managing and information routing. Gateway took charge of intercommunication between different Internet of Things. Instruction and data were in the form of XML stream. Addressing used the format of which was similar to email. This new standard protocol had applied in agricultural monitoring system. The results showed that it not only collected data from different Internet of Things, but also transmitted data between different Internet of Things. These were in favor of integration and comprehensive application of Internet of Things.

    In recent years, extensive attention has been paid to Internet of Things by many people. The origin, concept, history and development of Internet of Things were introduced firstly in this paper. The applications framework of Internet of Things was described and that application was based on RFID and sensor network in agriculture. The problems of the Internet of Things in application were analyzed. Finally, this paper gave the future prospects of Internet of Things technology, as well as its role to human life, scientific and technological progress and industrial development.

    Optimization of Fermentation Culture Medium for Producing Strain of Wuyiencin by SAS software

    Abstract: Wuyiencin, an agricultural antibiotic, was produced from the Streptomyces ahygroscopicus var. wuyiensis. Wuyiencin used as fungicide has strong inhibitant effects and obvious control effects on many fungi pathogenic of crops. The aim of this research is to increase production of producing strains and decrease production costs of Wuyiencin. By using Plackett-Burman Design and Response Surface Method which provided by SAS software to optimize the fermentation culture medium of strain C-75.Corn flour and CaCO3 were chosen as the major components from nine compositions of medium. Then the regression model of RSA was established by Response Surface Method: Y=5826.99-91.56X2-180.69X8- 194.31X22-151.25X2X8-205.31X82.It was predicted that when the concentrations of corn flour and CaCO3 were 2.314g and 0.205g respectively(the volume of medium is 50ml), the regression model exist maximum. The average tieter of Wuyiencin was determined 5837μg/ml actually by shake-flask. The Wuyiencin production was increased by 38.53% when strain C-75 was cultivated in the optimum medium instead of the original one.

    In this paper, a real-time online monitoring system for fish ponds was designed based on wireless sensor networks to overcome the disadvantage of the observed of traditional means in fish ponds, such as time-consuming and laborious, step complexity and high cost. The system is integrated sensor modules and communication modules. In the monitoring area of fish ponds ,we could get temperature and dissolved oxygen by wireless sensor nodes, and used zigbee network data to transmit to the terminal control system.The terminal control system made judgments and sent alarm signal,at the same time controlled working condition of the oxygen machine. The system,which has MSP430 and XBEE moudle as the core chips,can real-time online and intelligently monitor parameters in fish ponds, such as temperature,dissolved oxygen and so on. Further that the system can be further expanded to use the GPRS or 3G networks to achieve remote monitoring and control.

    As the development of sensor technology, soil moisture sensors are prevalent in current days. The most popular type of soil moisture sensors are based on dielectrometry including time domain reflectometry (TDR), time domain transmission (TDT), frequency domain decomposition (FD) and standing-wave ratio (SWR), which were analyzed through performance evaluation, structure breakdown, measurement standard, installation, application and troubleshooting in this paper. The results showed that different sensors presented different performance and structures, the measurement scale was uncertainty, and the installation methods included vertical profile method, ladder profile method and single point method. In the practical application, the automatic monitoring of deep and small scale soil water and the unify calibration method of sensor needed further study.

    In order to solve distance monitoring and distance diagnosing in the process of agricultural production, This paper used XMPP and Jingle which were XMPP expand protocol as transmission carrier to realize integration of agricultural environment factors monitoring, field distance-vision surveillance and expert distance-vision consultation. Platform used Client/Server structure. Plant environment factors depended on concentrator to transform data to XMPP format. Field distance-vision surveillance and expert distance-vision consultation transform instructions and text data relied on XMPP parsing module. Then these XMPP data were used to communicate with servers. Audio data and video data used Jingle protocol to communicate. Platform had been used in production safety of agricultural products. Agricultural environment factors monitoring, field distance-vision surveillance and expert distance-vision consultation in platform ensured production and quality of agricultural products.

The authors developed a field environmental monitoring system based on IOT technology, which included the technical route, system design and application development. Through the combination of WSN and 4G, the system could realize the automate collection and storage of soil environmental information, such as temperature, humidity, salinity, pH value and so on.

    Abstract: This paper first optimizes the grain supply chain based on internet of things and network technology, according to the theory of "pull" Supply Chain integrates the function of modern logistics and supply chain, in the use of information technology integrates the enterprises involved of grain supply chain and the link of grain circulation, and then builds integrated grain supply chain model and the whole structure based on radio frequency identification technology, obtains accurate prediction, calculates based on radio frequency technology providing large amounts data and processing power. studies integrated grain supply chain management under the support of internet of things, establish to track the quality of grain and the processed products, control and traceability, to ensure security of grain and the processed products, establish grain security early warning system of supply and demand according to the accurate prediction relying on integrated grain supply chain management based on internet of things, according to integrated supply chain management based on internet of things, reduce logistics costs of grain and the processed products, improve efficiency and effectiveness of circulation.

    In order to solve the problems in Sannong (namely agriculture, rural community and farmers) information resource utilization, enable farmers to have a quick access to a variety of information, and provid e a better information service to agricultural production, the authors developed an agriculture network information integration system, which included different forms of information, such as text, images, audio, video and so on. The system aims to ensure the distribution of Sannong information timely and sustainably, and make the required information available. The system has the characteristics of powerful capacity, advanced technology and abundant information, and plays an important role in the construction of agricultural informatization in rural area.
    Application and Developing Prospect of Internet of Things in Agriculture

    In recent years, with the fast- growing of computer and 3G network technology, the Internet of Things (IOT) becomes increasingly mature and has been quickly applied to various fields of agricultural production, scientific research etc. The technology of IOT applied to the field of agriculture effectively romoted the transformation of aditional agriculture to modern agriculture. The forming process of the concept of IOT was reviewed. Research progress of IOT in facility agriculture, crop pest remote diagnosis, precision irrigation and farmland environment monitoring were summarized in this paper, and the application status of four aspects of IOT was also discussed. Some main problems to be solved in the development of agricultural IOT in China were analyzed and the corresponding measures were put forward. Finally, the development prospects of agricultural IOT in China were forecasted and agricultural IOT was highlighted as the future development direction of agriculture in China.
    Study on Demand-oriented Trinity Promotion Model: Based on Internet of Things Research, Extension and Application of Facilities Vegetables

    The study was based on internet of things technology research, extension and application in facilities vegetables that was joint applied project with agricultural enterprise in food safety field from World Bank, to carry out the demand-oriented trinity promotion model research. The study followed the functional research group constructed and its management system, the establishment of communication mechanism for demand oriented technology development; the soft and hard conditions for the innovation internet of things technology achievements were adopted. Then it formulated the active role of demand-oriented trinity promotion model as below: (1) Contribute to integration of technology innovation and technology applications system to shorten the chain of information dissemination, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the research. (2) Favorable to build demand oriented specialized agricultural extension from the whole industry chain. (3) Help to change the value orientation of the researchers from academic research oriented move to practical transformation. (4) Help to promote the welfare of service mode move to diversification mode to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of agricultural extension system. It is expected that the results of this study can provide a valuable reference for the transformation of the agricultural extension system in the stage of modern agriculture development.
