To study the climate suitability of pomegranate planting, make full use of climate resources, and find suitable areas for pomegranate cultivation in Xianyang, based on the latest meteorological observed data of 12 stations in Xianyang from 1988 to 2017, GIS technology was used to carry out climatic suitability regionalization of Xianyang pomegranate cultivation, aiming to provide a basis for pomegranate production and agricultural structure adjustment. There were 8 indices of climatic division for pomegranate, namely, ≥10℃ active accumulate temperature from bud emergence to fruit maturity, ≥10℃ active accumulate temperature during the annual growth period, sunshine hours of the year, sunshine hours on September, precipitation from July to September, the average temperature difference between day and night at 18-21℃, extreme minimum temperature of the year, extreme minimum temperature of ten days. The results showed that: the quality area of pomegranate cultivation accounted for 14.9%, mainly distributed in Sanyuan, most of Jingyang, northwest of Weicheng District, eastern Liquan, and northern Qianxian; the suitable area accounted for 21.3%, distributed in Xingping City, Qindu District, Weicheng District, the southern part of Liquan County, the southern part of Qianxian County and the Taiyuan District of Wugong north; the inferior area accounted for 16.6%, and the unsuitable area accounted for 47.2%. Except Wugong, the south of Xianyang dry belt is a suitable area for pomegranate planting, the light, heat and water climate resources in this area meet all the meteorological factors needed for high-quality production of pomegranate, and the cultivation of pomegranate can be developed in this region vigorously.

There were some harmful phenomena on agriculture in this country now,for example, unsuited structure, lower profit, little support on policy, poor market competitiveness of products, etc. It was suggested that the ratio relationship between agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery should be adjusted, and that some structure, for example, agricultural industries, products, essential factors of production and trade should be adjusted too. All of this is based on a whole production system and sustainable development of rural economy. Agriculture should be evaluated from various angles and different stratifications。It was also suggested that superior industry, especially for characteristic products, should be developed energetically, yield of croup should be controlled to suitable scope according to plan, and the ratio of animal husbandry of whole agriculture should be increased。It is more important that the role of technology and improvement of production regulations should not be neglected,a simple change of breeds within cropping could not free whole agriculture from backwardness at all.

Vegetation and soil is the two most active factors of landscape and the important content of evaluation for cropland to forest. The relationship between them is central to ecological research. In the loess hilly region, study of relationship is required for understanding of landscape ecological processes and restoration of cropland to forest. Spatio-temporal variance and correlation of (vegetation) species richness, diversity, evenness, soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus of cropland to forest and their interaction at different spatial scales and habitats in the loess hilly region are analyzed in this paper. The vegetation index of cropland to forest in area scale is less than that in catchment scale, but it has more variance. To come near significant and significant positive correlations between species richness and evenness, species diversity and evenness, soil organic matter and total nitrogen were revealed at two scales and habitats studied. Different spatio-temporal patterns of vegetation characteristics and soil properties of cropland to forest were found, but no significant correlations between were observed in two scales. These results indicated vegetation characteristics and soil properties of cropland to forest were controlled by others environmental factors or interferential process. These factors or interferential process resulted in spatio-temporal variance vegetation characteristics and soil properties of cropland to forest.

Tourism industry has already demonstrated the enormous function that it is in the national economic growth gradually as getting the army trade of the tertiary industry. With the development of industrialization and urbanization process of our country, more and more persons choose the village to travel, this is the demand that people release psychological pressure and return to nature, therefore its development is unusually fast. Can bring about an advance in local economy to travel in the village, impel the national income to reallocate, adjust the local industrial structure and improve peasant's living standard, because of this, it becomes the research direction and subject of the government and scholars of travel poverty. It is mostly meaning. function and strategy of probing into poverty alleviation to scan most scholars' research results, mention some questions that should be paid attention to while developing too, but the author thinks the scholars are mostly previous problems of studying travel poverty alleviation, but has neglected one question, that is: Development of the rural travel in the anti-poverty era for the travel. After rural residents shake off poverty and set out on the road to prosperity, the development that their consumption idea will influence the village to travel directly.
