Abstract:

Depending on scientific and technological support is the key to promote the leap-forward development of modern agriculture in Chengdu. Comprehensive planning is its priority work. On the basis of the in-depth investigation and repeat argument, the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out to elaborate on the roadmap of modern agriculture in Chengdu. Chengdu has the basis and conditions of accelerating transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. But there are still some problems in the technology chains, industry chains and sci-tech chains. Thus the paper put forword development thoughts, general goals, key tasks and safeguard measures of Chengdu "Twelfth 5-Year" modern agricultural development. It is intended to provide reference and consultation to promote the modernization of agriculture for other provinces from the practical perspective.
