摘要：

积极发展农村职业教育是促进新农村建设的重要举措之一。当前，农村职业教育存在着教育成本过高、办学规模扩展迟缓、办学方向与时代要求相背离、培养的学生不能适应社会和市场需要等问题。为此，必须积极构建现代农村职业教育体系、加快改革教育管理体制、完善农村职业教育法律法规体系、完善职业教育的服务制度、创新职业教育的投融资制度、积极推进农村职业教育教学改革。

关键词: 烟碱, 烟碱, 遗传特性, 生态因素, 栽培措施, 调控技术

Abstract:

Communist Party of China's 17 session of Third Session through "the Central Committee of the CCP about Advances Countryside Reform To develop Certain Major issue Decision" to point out that, must develop the rural education vigorously, the promotion education is fair, improves the farmer scientific culture quality, the cultivation literacy, understands the new peasant who the technology, can manage.Speeds up popularizes the countryside high school stage education, speeds up with emphasis develops the countryside medium vocational education and implements gradually free.The perfect county territory vocational education training network, strengthens farmer skill training, widely trains the countryside practical talented person.Therefore, current explores the countryside vocational education development positively the strategy and way watershed.
