西藏栽培芥菜型油菜农艺性状典范相关分析研究

Study on Agronomical Traits of Tibetan Brassica juncea L. Using Canonical Correlation Analysis

摘要:

本文以60份西藏栽培芥菜型油菜材料为对象,运用典范相关分析方法,对西藏栽培芥菜型油菜的产量性状(5个变量)、主茎性状(6个变量)、分枝性状(3个变量)、角果性状(4个变量)等4组农艺性状(共含18个变量)间的典范相关关系进行了研究,结果表明:(1)西藏栽培芥菜型油菜单株产量则主要靠每株角果数和千粒重取胜,每角果粒数的影响很小;(2)影响西藏栽培芥菜型油菜产量性状最重要的则是角果性状,其次是分枝性状和主茎性状;(3)西藏芥菜型油菜在产量性状、主茎性状、分枝性状、角果性状等4组性状间均有密切的联系。

Abstract:

In this paper, 60 Tibetan Brassica juncea L. accessions as samples, 4 groups of agronomical traits (18 variables) including yield trait (5 variables), main stem traits (6 variables), branching trait (3 variables) and pod trait (4 variables) of Tibetan Brassica juncea L. were studied using canonical correlation analysis on. The results indicated that: (1) individual yield of Tibetan Brassica juncea L. was mainly dependent on number of pods and grain weight of each individual. Number of seeds in each pod had very small impact on individual yield; (2) pod trait was the most important trait effecting on yield of Tibetan Brassica juncea L. followed by branching trait and main stem trait successively; (3) there were strong interconnections between yield, main stem, branching and pod traits of Tibetan Brassica juncea L..
