太子参壮苗生根及驯化移栽技术研究

摘要:

本试验旨在优化太子参壮苗生根和驯化移栽技术。试验以MS为基础培养基,添加NAA、6-BA和马铃薯淀粉,采用L94(3)设计进行壮苗生根试验,不同配比基质进行栽移试验。通过以MS+蔗糖30 g/L为基础培养基,调节pH5.8,添加NAA 0.1、0.3、0.5 mg/L,6-BA 0、0.5、1.0 mg/L和马铃薯淀粉0、10、20 g/L进行研究,当基础培养基+NAA0.3 mg/L+6-BA0 mg/L+马铃薯淀粉10 g/L时诱导生根数最高,平均达26.125;不同移栽基质对太子参移栽成活率的影响较大,采用全腐殖土和腐殖土50%+珍珠岩50%作为移栽基质,成活率分别达97.5%和92.5%。

Abstract:

Optimization of seedling rooting and transplanting techniques of domestication of Pseudostellaria heterophylla in this study. Test based on MS culture medium, adding NAA, 6-BA and potato starch, use L94(3) orthogonal test on seedling rooting and transplanting of different substrates. MS culture medium+sucrose 30 g/L as basic culture medium and pH5.8, added NAA 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 mg/L, 6-BA 0, 0.5, 1 mg/L and potato starch 0, 10, 20 g/L were studied, the highest average root 26.125 was induced by the basic culture medium+NAA 0.3 mg/L+6-BA 0 mg/L+potato starch 10 g/L. Different soil substrates are effecting on survival rate of transplanting of Pseudostellaria heterophylla, using humus soil and humus soil 50%+perlite 50% as substrates, the survival rates were 97.5% and 92.5%.
