摘要:

为研究蒙古栎遗传多样性,基于Illumina高通量de novo拼接序列数据鉴定10个SSR位点,并利用8个采自辽宁不同地区的蒙古栎样本进行多样性验证。结果表明,这10个新SSR位点具有一定多态性,每个位点的等位基因数为4~6,平均为4.5个,这批针对蒙古栎专门开发的SSR标记对于研究辽宁分布的蒙古栎群体遗传多样性和资源利用将具有很大价值。

Abstract:

In order to study the genetic diversity of Quercus mongolica, 10 SSR loci were identified based on Illumina high-throughput de novo splice sequence data, and the diversity of 8 Quercus mongolica samples from different areas in Liaoning Province were verified. The result showed that the number of alleles per locus varied from 4 to 6, with a mean of 4.5. These new SSR markers would be useful for further investigation of genetic diversity and germplasm utilization of Quercus species.
