摘要：

主要综述了近年来葡萄胚性愈伤组织的诱导、体细胞胚胎发生的诱导、体细胞胚长期保存和体细胞胚的萌发与成苗的研究进展，并对研究中的主要影响因素进行叙述。此外，还介绍了体细胞胚在转基因上的应用，指出葡萄体细胞胚胎发生过程还存在胚状体诱导难，再生率低等问题。对葡萄胚性悬浮培养液的建立及体细胞胚发生在转基因、原生质体培养等上的应用进行了展望。

Abstract:

The research progress of grapevine embryogenic callus induction, initiation and maintenance of long term somatic embryogenesis, and somatic embryo germination and seedling establishment were reviewed. Their main influence factors were also described. In addition, somatic embryos applied to genetic transformation, the difficult induction of grapevine somatic embryo and low efficiency of plant germination and other issues were introduced. Prospects grapevine embryogenic suspension establishment and somatic embryogenesis used in genetic transformation and protoplast culture were also described here.
