摘要:

为了快速、准确地进行转折性、关键性天气对农业生产的影响评估,利用C#.net和ArcGIS Engine开发工具包,以多源卫星资料和地面常规观测资料为主要信息源,采用C/S+B/S结构形式,集成农业气象预报系统,实现主要农作物适宜播种期、收获期、关键发育期等发育期预报,主要农事活动适宜或不适宜气象等级预报的农用天气预报,玉米、水稻等主要农作物的作物产量预报,为提高农业气象预报准确率及时效性提供一个基础平台。

Abstract:

Based on the multi-source remote sensing data and surface conventional observation data, an agro-meteorological forecasting system was integrated with C#. net and ArcGIS Engine development kits in order to evaluate the effects of weather on agricultural production quickly and correctly. The structure format with C/S combined with B/S was adopted in the system. The system could forecast the main development periods of crops such as the suitable sowing date, the harvest time, and the key development period, and so on. Meanwhile, it could also forecast meteorological grades (suitable grade or unsuitable grade) of farming activities and yields of main crops such as corn and paddy. The system could improve the accuracy and efficiency of agro-meteorological forecasting.
