中药加味四君子汤与镉对鸡肝脏ATP酶活性的颉颃效应

摘要:

为探讨中药加味四君子汤对镉致鸡肝脏ATP酶活性抑制的颉颃作用。选公鸡300只,随机分成对照组、中药组(加味四君子汤组)、加镉组、中药加镉组(加味四君子汤镉组),分别饲养15,30,45,60天时,分别处死鸡,检测肝脏ATP酶的活性。结果表明,镉可使鸡肝脏ATP酶的活性显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),而中药加镉组ATP酶的活性均高于加镉组,但都低于中药组。表明灌服中药加味四君子汤能有效颉颃镉对肝脏ATP酶活性的抑制作用,提高肝组织的能量代谢。

Abstract:

To study the rivalry effect of the compound sijunzi decoction to the activity of ATPase of cadmium on the liver in chicken. the 300 cocks were divided into 4 groups Randomly: the control group, the traditional Chinese medicine group(the compound sijunzi decoction group), the cadmium group、the herb and cadmium group. The ATPase activity of liver was detected respectively. After the chicken were killed in 15, 30, 45, 60 d. The results showed that the ATPase activity of liver significantly decreased in the cadmium group(P<0.05, P<0.01), and the ATPase activity in the herb and cadmium group was higher than in cadmium group, and the traditional Chinese medicine group were the most of them. The compound sijunzi decoction could rival the inhibition action of cadmium to the ATPase activity, and improved the energy metabolism of liver tissue.
